And then paid for right there on the spot with the Spendbase virtual cards. Yes, we partner with Moorwand and offer virtual cards powered by Mastercard, with universal acceptance and flexible payment options. You get free virtual cards that you can use for subscriptions, projects, and one-off purchases. You can easily divide the balance between different virtual accounts, issue, assign, or lock cards unlimitedly, set spending limits, and get up to 1.5% cashback on each transaction. On top of that we provide massive discounts for SaaS and cloud tools, and we only charge you 25% of what we manage to save you. You’d have no idea the savings were even there and with Spendbase you free up hundreds of thousands you can find a better use of than overspending. To use the platform companies have to place a deposit depending on the size of the stack they want to manage with Spendbase. Later, they can fully use this money to cover for the 25% success fee. What do you like best about Spendbase?

What I love most about Spendbase is how easy they make it to save money on our software stack. They’ve helped us optimize everything from Slack and Google Workspace to Atlassian, and now we’re looking at adding even more tools like Google Gemini, Testrail, and Grammarly. Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the only thing I wish for is a broader selection of tools in the initial offering, but that’s just a small thing compared to the value they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spendbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spendbase is solving our software spending problems by negotiating discounts and finding savings we’d never be able to discover on our own. The first savings hit within weeks, and I was honestly surprised by the scale of it. They locked in these discounts for a full year, which freed up funds that we’ve now redirected towards events and marketing activities.
