What do you like best about 1Password SaaS Manager?

The biggest strength is its ability to automatically discover and map all the SaaS apps your organization is using, even the ones IT didn’t officially approve. That alone solves a huge problem (shadow IT), and it does it without being overly intrusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?

One of the main drawbacks is limited depth of control. It’s great at discovering apps and highlighting risks, but it doesn’t yet offer the same level of automated remediation or workflow orchestration you’d find in tools like BetterCloud or Zluri. What problems is 1Password SaaS Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue it tackles is not knowing what tools people are actually using. In most teams, employees sign up for apps on their own, and IT/security loses track. By automatically surfacing these apps, it gives a single, reliable view of your SaaS footprint, which immediately reduces blind spots.
