## Najar Reviews
 ### 1. Strong governance over SaaS procurement and expenses !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Youssra A. | Product manager at Thom's Digital factory, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I appreciate most about Najar is the full visibility they give us across all of our SaaS tools. It helps us avoid duplicates or forgotten applications, and the automatic reminders for renewals and upcoming deadlines are a real relief.
They also support us with our RFPs by handling the follow-up, consolidating inputs, scheduling meetings, and keeping the timeline under control. Everything is much more structured now, and our purchasing process has become significantly smoother.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

At this stage, there is nothing in particular to report. Everything is progressing as expected, and we have not encountered any issues or points of concern so far.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar has helped us regain full control over all of our contracts. Previously, it was difficult to keep track of everything, which could lead to duplicate subscriptions or missed renewals. Today, everything is centralized, and the alerts allow us to anticipate upcoming deadlines. We have also implemented a truly structured purchasing process, which helps us avoid overconsumption and makes decision-making much easier.

 ### 2. Efficient SaaS Procurement and Spend Management!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Najar?**

If you're looking to optimise your organisation’s SaaS expenditure, Najar stands out as a strategic partner that delivers both insight and impact. Their platform provides comprehensive visibility into your SaaS costs, helping you track, analyse, and manage software spend with precision 1.

What truly sets Najar apart is their hands-on approach to negotiation. Whether you're renewing existing contracts or onboarding new suppliers, their team works diligently to secure better pricing and favourable terms. This isn’t just about cost-cutting—it’s about maximising value from every software investment.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar addresses a common challenge in IT and procurement: the lack of visibility and control over SaaS spending. Many organisations struggle with fragmented software subscriptions, overlapping tools, and underused licences. Najar solves this by providing a clear, centralised view of all SaaS spend, enabling better decision-making.

More importantly, they go beyond just reporting. Najar actively negotiates with vendors on your behalf—whether it’s for renewals or onboarding new suppliers—ensuring you get the best possible pricing and contract terms. This not only reduces costs but also frees up internal resources, allowing teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than vendor management.

 ### 3. Responsive Follow-Up and Great Pricing That Keeps Renewals on Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

Najar is always following up with us and our vendors to make sure renewals and new products arrive on time. They consistently get us good prices and proactively help us find new resellers that might offer even better deals. Their responsiveness and dedication to keeping everything on track is what we value most.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

The web application could use some improvements. The interface and user experience have room to grow, and enhancing the platform would make it even easier to manage procurement and track orders efficiently.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar helps us manage vendor renewals and new product procurement efficiently. By following up with both us and vendors, they ensure nothing falls through the cracks and everything arrives on time. Importantly, they make sure we negotiate renewals ahead of time, so contracts don't get auto-renewed without us having a chance to negotiate better terms. They also help us find competitive pricing and identify new resellers, which benefits us by reducing costs and simplifying our procurement process.

 ### 4. Quality and efficient monitoring, with discounts obtained despite a difficult context

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent V. | Global Satisfaction Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

The follow-up is of very good quality with professional and friendly contacts. The meetings are effective and regular. They managed to secure discounts or avoid price increases where it seemed unlikely.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

It may be a coincidence of the schedule, but we changed our contact person for the buyer with them very quickly, just as we were beginning our collaboration. Hoping that the turnover is not too high because, having experienced it with other providers, we lose time and efficiency.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar is very useful for tracking all of our commitments with our partners and helping us negotiate attractive rates. They offer different ways of doing things, from consulting to full delegation, which allows us to adapt to our needs and refine according to the nature of the relationship with each of our partners.

 ### 5. Complete visibility on contracts and a streamlined purchasing process!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cécile F. | Head of Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

Saving time and money
Purchasing expertise
Customer support
What I appreciate most about Najar is the total visibility they provide us over all our SaaS tools. This allows us to avoid duplicates or forgotten tools, and the automatic reminders on renewals or upcoming deadlines are a real relief! Everything is much more structured, and our purchasing process has become much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

For now, nothing to report, everything is fine.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Better visibility on expenses and purchase requests
- Significant time savings on negotiations
- Improvement of the purchasing process
- Reduction of SaaS costs

Najar has allowed us to regain control over all our contracts. Before, it was difficult to track everything, which could lead to duplicate subscriptions or missed renewals. Today, everything is centralized, and alerts allow us to anticipate. We have also implemented a real purchasing process, more structured, which prevents us from overconsuming and greatly facilitates decision-making.

 ### 6. Expert Team and Procurement Know-How That Elevate Every Negotiation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I value most about Najar is actually not the technology itself, but the people and the expertise behind it.
I agree with some of the previous reviews that the platform still has room to improve from a technology perspective. That said, my experience has been that Najar is very responsive to customer feedback and genuinely listens to pain points. I’ve seen a lot of development happen recently, and through my account team it’s clear that more improvements are already in progress.

What really sets Najar apart for me is the knowledge and skill of their software buyers. The biggest value comes from the ability to tailor the objective and negotiation strategy case by case, depending on what outcome we want to achieve. That flexibility and expertise is far more important to me than the platform alone.

In my view, the technology is an advanced vehicle that supports the process, but the real value comes from the people, the market knowledge, and the procurement capability they bring to each negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Maybe their technology, in its current state, isn’t best in class.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their skills and know-how in the software buying space are mission-critical for us. On top of that, it frees up our time when they go out and do the heavy lifting.

 ### 7. -50% on Microsoft and quick ROI thanks to structured procurement expertise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | CTO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

The procurement expertise, SaaS benchmarks, and structured negotiation approach are major strengths. The team combines market knowledge and a rigorous method while maintaining a constructive stance. On Microsoft, this has allowed us to improve our visibility on SaaS pricing and optimize our IT expenses.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

At this stage, I have not identified any particular area for improvement. We are fully satisfied with the solution and the Najar teams.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Najar, we lacked reliable benchmarks on SaaS pricing and visibility on our negotiation margins. Discussions were reactive. Thanks to the benchmarks and procurement expertise, we achieved -50% on Microsoft, with a quick and tangible ROI. Results: IT spending optimization - better visibility Structured purchasing processes - significant time savings Najar positions purchasing as a strategic lever.

 ### 8. A very significant saving of time and money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre B. | Responsable études & data , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I appreciate the most is the very significant savings in money and time they bring us across all our SaaS tools. This allows us to renegotiate all our contracts without the teams bearing the burden in terms of time.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

So far nothing to report, only positive things

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significant reduction in SaaS costs: Najar allowed us to regain control over all our contracts. Thanks to Najar, we were able to save up to €30,000 on a single contract.

 ### 9. Total transparency and quick ROI: a real time saver with Najar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Pierre G. | Directeur des systèmes d'information, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I appreciate most about Najar is the transparency and complete visibility of the purchasing process in collaboration with us. We achieved a very quick ROI on all the entrusted subjects while significantly reducing our internal workload in terms of research, benchmarking, and negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Nothing identified to date, nothing to report.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar has allowed us to delegate all of our SaaS solutions to them, they ensure the monitoring of our subscriptions, their deadlines, and bring their expertise to identify potential duplicates, forgotten renewals, ... Our purchase control process is considerably improved.

 ### 10. Better framed, faster purchases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin O. | Corporate Buyer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

Najar saves us time daily with a clear interface, quick setup, and a very responsive team. We have good visibility on our purchases and the tracking is smooth, with real support when we need it.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Overall very satisfied. On the margin, some advanced features could be even more customizable, but the team is attentive and improvements arrive quickly.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar helps us absorb peaks in activity and outsource certain purchasing tasks when necessary, without losing quality. They bring method, speed of execution, and a good level of rigor in sourcing, competition, negotiation, and monitoring. Result: less internal workload, shorter cycles, and better supplier conditions.

 ### 11. Najar: smoother SaaS purchasing management, with real savings from the first year

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent D. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I find particularly interesting about Najar is the overall impact of the solution on SaaS purchase management. Since its implementation, we save time on contract management and, most importantly, we no longer miss any deadlines for renegotiating our contracts, which also leads to better expense organization. Their expertise in purchasing truly makes a difference: we have been able to save tens of thousands of euros thanks to the proposal of new partners or simply by having the information on what discounts can be obtained from various SaaS vendors.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which facilitates its adoption by the teams. Moreover, customer support is responsive and always available to assist us when needed.

Today, our tracking of tools and renewals is perfectly managed, and our purchasing process is significantly more fluid and structured.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

There is still a lack of granularity in the roles that can be assigned to different team members. Currently, there are 3 possible roles: Admin, Coordinator, Requester.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Najar, we finally have a clear and centralized view of all our contracts. Previously, each department managed its renewals on its own and on Excel. No one had a clear view of the overall expenses and the tracking was complex, which sometimes led to forgotten renewals. Now, everything is gathered in one place and the notifications allow us to calmly anticipate each renewal.

 ### 12. Effective Support, With Some Necessary Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

I particularly like the support part at Najar. They demonstrate efficiency while allowing a truly appreciable autonomy for our teams. There is really a considerable time and financial gain. The teams are able to negotiate our contracts without always needing to consult us. I find this very positive. Moreover, the initial installation of Najar went very well, in a very smooth manner and without any particular complexity, thanks to a simple connection via API to our accounting software.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

We still have a part where we need to manually categorize some suppliers despite having an API connected to Najar to view our cost centers. There is a small manual operation we need to perform. Perhaps the software could improve this by recognizing patterns in supplier names to sort all non-SaaS suppliers.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Najar, I see time and financial savings, thanks to their ability to negotiate our contracts without constantly soliciting us. However, there are still manual categorizations of non-SaaS suppliers, which could be simplified by their software.

 ### 13. Time savings and cost reductions thanks to solid purchasing expertise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlène B. | People Ops Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

Save time and money. Good knowledge of the market, especially publishers. Expertise in purchasing, which facilitates decision-making and management of needs.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

I have no negative elements to mention to answer this question.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar allowed us to significantly save time during negotiations. The purchasing process is improved, with a smoother and more structured approach. Finally, the support allowed us to reduce our SaaS costs.

 ### 14. The perfect buffer for tough negotiations and contract visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend.

The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy."

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. Because of that level of service, any minor technical friction was solved before it became a real problem.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience has been excellent. I worked directly with Felix on a couple of negotiations, and his expertise was invaluable to the process. Beyond the active negotiations, Najar was a lifesaver when I was handed the responsibility of renewing several tools. It gave me an immediate, clear overview of our obligations and timelines, making an otherwise daunting handover process seamless and organized.

 ### 15. Exceptional Procurement Support with Najar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr G. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

I really appreciate that Najar's team is very knowledgeable and proactive. They provide valuable feedback and guidance on our procurement projects, which is incredibly helpful. Their expertise allows us to make informed decisions on the software we are purchasing and helps us get the best deals. I've noticed they are also very experienced and offer a lot of valuable information. The initial setup of Najar was super easy, and their flexibility and understanding in negotiating contracts have been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

nothing i can think of at the moment

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar helps us get the best prices and scopes for procurement initiatives.

cost reduction

 ### 17. A real time saver in SaaS negotiation, with valuable pricing expertise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven T. | Head of CRM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

A true time saver in negotiations with our SaaS tools and expertise on pricing

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Nothing to report at the moment, the support was structured, responsive, and professional in my past negotiations.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Optimization of the costs of our marketing stack
- Time saving

 ### 18. Much more than a provider: a strategic and reliable partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AUDREY L. | Responsable des Achats Groupe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

What I like most about Najar is the availability and responsiveness of the teams, as well as the professionalism in follow-up. The interactions are smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

Nothing major to report, just a few points of fluidity to improve with the business buyers.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar helps us manage and secure strategic files, particularly thanks to their ability to negotiate on our behalf on topics where they have deeper expertise than we do. Their market knowledge and the benchmarking they provide allow us to make more informed decisions and optimize our conditions. For us, this represents a real time saver, better control of the issues, and concrete value creation.

 ### 19. Reliable and structured collaboration, with a team that listens

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

The team is available and ensures smooth communication throughout the exchanges. Project management is rigorous, allowing for effective steering of objectives. There is also a notable ability to listen and consideration of the client's interests, including during negotiation phases. A reliable and structured collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

The software would benefit from being a bit more user-friendly, but there's no doubt that will happen over time!

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar centralizes the management of our SaaS subscriptions and provides clear visibility on the deadlines. The tool allows me to identify the necessary optimization levers to renegotiate the company's contracts on factual bases. It is an effective support for cost management.

 ### 20. Review

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Najar?**

The team demonstrates solid expertise in SaaS services, as well as a good command of contract negotiations.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

The Najar portal is useful for working collaboratively with Najar, but unfortunately it does not meet the company's overall needs for contract lifecycle management.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A new framework has been established for managing contract renewals and acquiring new SaaS services.

 ### 22. Availability and efficiency of buyers: a real time saver

The availability and efficiency of the buyers are truly commendable. The meeting schedules are well managed, which means we do not waste time.

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

We do not have any particular difficulties.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Negotiation of purchases of SaaS or subscription solutions.

Since Najar is not involved in the long-term relationship with our suppliers, their buyers remain focused on a single objective: optimizing the purchase. In this respect, they are both relevant and efficient. They significantly relieve our teams of a substantial burden, while providing expertise that we do not have internally.

 ### 23. Hands-On, High-Quality Support and a Smooth Collaboration

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Najar?**

I did not have any major negative points to highlight. Overall, the collaboration was smooth and the experience was positive.

**What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Najar helped simplify things for our client by giving them a clearer view across a broad portfolio of solutions. This was valuable in helping structure discussions and bring useful input into the redesign of a wider IT ecosystem.
