It’s great at discovering apps and highlighting risks, but it doesn’t yet offer the same level of automated remediation or workflow orchestration you’d find in tools like BetterCloud or Zluri. It's clear that the team at Trelica has a deep understanding of the problems they are solving for us as an IT team. It’s a joy to use. - Compared to other similar products, they have a vast number of integrations with various tools, depending on what the APIs of those tools offer, ideally including automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning. The Trelica team is incredibly fast at building new integrations, which is a key advantage. When we asked vendors to identify which of our existing apps had some kind of integration, most supported only a fraction of what Trelica offers. - The sales process is much smoother than most B2B software sales processwa I have experienced. We spoke directly with people who understand the product extremely well and how to sell to engineers. We quickly gained access to a demo account to try it out ourselves. They also take security and privacy seriously. - Post-sales communication is excellent. We receive help from a customer success agent who is highly knowledgeable about the product and goes to great lengths to help us with the setup. - The UI for building automations works very well, allowing us to automate complex, time-consuming tasks. **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** There’s really not much to dislike. After using Trelica in our day-to-day operations for some time, we identified a couple of small features we’d like to see. Fortunately, Trelica has a product board where we can view feature requests from other customers. We were pleased to find that others had already requested the same features, so we simply upvoted them. **What problems is 1Password SaaS Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** - A complex approval process for apps internally, depending on the app and permissions/license requested etc. - Automatic onboarding and especially offboarding, be removin manual steps for the IT department, e.g. sending a Slack message to the manager of an offboarded employee with a Slack form that allows them to select what happens with this account. - Overview of SaaS spend and automations to revoke licenses, allowing us to save money. - Discovery of unapproved web apps that employees use, through the Trelica browser extension. ### 6. Trelica is very easy to use and their support is very responsive and looking to provide solutions and guidance. Of the tools we evaluated in the SaaS Management space it had the best set of features. We originally were looking into a tool which could track shadow IT and provide app visibility. The AppHub in Trelica also allows for automating access management and aligning with audit requirements. Trelica has been amazing to work with and they feel like they are a partner more than just a vendor. **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** Trelica is a product that is still developing, which is a positive for me. However, as part of this comes some features that need to evolve a bit. Example: Apps sort by number of users who have access, which can get confusing finding things without always having to search. Also, implementation is easy with Trelica but they are limited by what the applications offer in terms of API support. This is not just a challenge for Trelica but it definitely is something you notice. The features are designed to be self-explanatory, you find your way around easily and the data you get is presented in a way that is easy on the eyes yet clear, precise and actionable. You can drill down into the data in different ways and the workflows make your life as a license manager a breeze. The integrations are usually API integrations and often only require a few minutes to be set up. Once workflows are implemented (where available) your apps almost become no-touch, which is amazing, all the while delivering vital information on the health of your account and giving you the right data to prepare for renewals. The support team is great and super responsive. An absolute pleasure to work with every one of them! **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** I'd love for the assessments to be something we can send out to hundreds of users at once. A great feature that is not yet fully fleshed out it seems. And it would be amazing if the app comparison feature could be used for apps of your choice rather than just the ones that are being suggested, which sometimes limits the options quite significantly to other apps you don't want or need to compare. **What problems is 1Password SaaS Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're automating several processes that were very manual and laborious before (license optimisation and removal of terminated users, sending of user lists for recharging purposes, etc.) therefore saving a lot of time and effort, while also erasing the topic of human error, on these processes. It provides us with valuable insights that guide our IT Operations team with reducing or increasing our licensing counts based on actual business need. The new workflows make provisioning and de-provisioning of users significantly easier. We typically receive requests to de-provision user accounts on Friday's at 4PM, until Trelica, the IT Operations team dreaded these requests as they required several hours to fulfill. With Trelica's workflows we were able to reduce a 50 user deprovision that would normally take around 4 hours to complete, to just under 20 minutes. ### 12. I love that everything can be managed from there instead of jumping from one app to another. My favorite part about it is using workflows in order to automate processes in our IT department. The implementation process was very easy going and I had full guidance every step of the way. Any issues that I had I got an almost immidiate response and every integration has a very detailed guide. We manage license hygeine, application assignment notices, and renewal dates direclty in the app. Not only that, but our customer service reps are responsive, knoweldgeable and helpful in what we seek to accomplish! Iain and Lis are proactive in providing us with tips and tricks for better optimization, including a breakdown of where our time would be most effective at the beginning of our implementation for cost savings. I am constantly raving about the integration we have within Slack to message a user regarding their outdated license, which can instantly deprovision the license if the user wishes - all directly in Slack! I log in daily to view the dashboard and am excited to continue to implement this tool for my company. **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** A few of our apps do not integrate (yet!) into Trelica which makes license deprovisioning a tiny bit more manual. All of the other tools required additional SKUs for some or all of the above that we evaluated. -Trelica is super responsive to building out new integrations for not just usage but other functionality. We use an obscure ticketing / task management tool and we had a functional connector by the time we were onboarding. -Support is responsive to our tickets and questions: we not only get issues resolved but real explainations of what is going on. Our team has greatly appreciated the transparency and it's gone a long way to building trust. -The interface is easy and intuitive - there is a lot of complication in managing SaaS and clearly a lot of effort and thought has gone into making it easy to use across the different teams that use it. -Workflows for both lifecycle management and license right-sizing were easy to set-up and actually worked. The logging available to super helpful to understand what is happening and tweaking them accordingly. **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. As you can imagine, we have overlapping products and that spend needs rationalizing. Trelica helped us reduce licenses and renewals. It automated connections with a single login or SSO connection to many providers. It's worth doing this because you get a load more info that would have been a nightmare to get otherwise. We could see the value very quickly, just from having a play with it in the free trial. It helped review licenses used by the business, got us to the key users quicker and prioritized our pruning of expenses. I like that it guided us through the exercise. It saved the need for stakeholder interviews, spreadsheets and smoothed over a lot of internal politics. It is purpose-built for exactly what we needed (check over apps and services, save us money). It added structure. If we hadn't had this, we'd probably have hired a consultant to come in and they would have charged us thousands. Trelica itself is priced very modestly. Especially compared to the value we got from using it. **What do you dislike about 1Password SaaS Manager?** It took us a little while to track down the admins for the different apps. This was just an internal thing and not really Trelica's fault.
