**What do you like best about Four/Four?**

Big fan of how quickly the notes are published into the CRM and how focused they are on the pain points of the prospect.

Also provides a clear recording for when you want to double-check.

**What do you dislike about Four/Four?**

As Four/Four specialises in blocking out the host and focuses on what the prospect is saying it's quite one-sided in comments.

This would be perfect for a cold-call type situation, but sometimes I want to know what has been said by the host to get a clearer picture of the conversation.

This is easily overcome by watching the meeting back but it is something to take into account.

**What problems is Four/Four solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Four/Four gives a great summary of the pain points of the prospect for when I re-approach in the future or send a follow-up email straight after. This is also beneficial when other people in my team want to look at the pains of the prospect.

No need for me to manually type these up and waste time.

**What do you like best about Four/Four?**

Four/Four provides an easy way to marketers/businesses to decide whether a product is fit for the market where it is launched by giving the most important insights from the audience.

**What do you dislike about Four/Four?**

Too much reliance on data sometimes lead to missing human emotions and defies the fact that there is a real human who is buying our organizations product and not every decision is taken by logic.

**What problems is Four/Four solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At every stage of business rather it is new or old, Businesses need tools like Four/Four to make decision making easy and ,eaningful for them.
Four/Four aims to understand customer pain points through real-time conversations and help a business to build tailor-made tools to cater to the customer problems.
For some businesses, it also helps in getting right leads for a business which helps in churning out the customers who really matter to the business.
There are some other business who fail to understand the PMF (Product Market Fit) and are unable to decide a correct market for their product Four/Four helps them in taking the right decision.
In a nutshell, it is paramount for a business to understand its customer/client needs hence, listening to their conversation is the best way to do it.
