"Exceptionally Customisable Marketplace Software with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Flxpoint?

We went round the block looking for marketplace software as we have some really complex and niche requirements and having tried a few this one is far and away the best designed and most customisable. It can accommodate extremely complex workflows and every time we threw a different problem at them their support team were more than equal to the task, even during the prospecting stage before we'd signed contracts. Particular shout out to Justin our account manager who was on hand every time we needed him and was able to support us with some really innovative solutions to our more bespoke workflows. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

By design, the software is complex and customisable so you have to bear this in mind when signing up. If you want one-click installs and a super simple interface, this probably isn't for you. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

The support: We were assigned a Flxpoint specialist to guide us through the onboarding process as a multi-brand marketplace. We had several unique requirements to configure, and Adam was incredibly helpful and committed to finding solutions for each one. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

As a marketplace, we have many unique requirements for our various vendors, and some of these have been challenging - or in certain cases, not possible to implement fully. We’ve also encountered issues related to vendors operating in different currencies, as they are based around the world. The Flxpoint team has been very accommodating in helping us build this functionality in, but it hasn’t been possible to make everything work exactly as we would ideally like. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

We appreciate Flxpoint for providing a centralized platform to manage all of our drop‑ship resources. This solution has significantly streamlined order management, error resolution, and sales performance analysis, enabling greater efficiency across our operations.

A special acknowledgment goes to Adam Buchanan for his outstanding support in getting us set up and live on Flxpoint. Our implementation presented unique challenges due to our business model, and Adam demonstrated exceptional expertise and commitment in addressing these complexities. Thanks to his efforts—and the broader team’s collaboration—we successfully launched and are extremely satisfied with both the Flxpoint platform and the partnership we’ve experienced. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

While Flxpoint has been an excellent solution overall, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could enhance the user experience:

SOP Documentation: The current documentation can be challenging to navigate, and finding answers to specific issues is not always straightforward. On several occasions, I’ve had to rely on AI tools to determine the correct steps. A more intuitive help/support menu with easier access to SOPs would be a valuable improvement.

Vendor Setup Flexibility: At present, the platform does not allow setting up vendors outside of Flxpoint’s predefined list when using API connections. Adding the ability to configure external vendors via API would greatly increase flexibility and integration options.

Despite these minor challenges, I remain extremely satisfied with the platform and the value it brings to our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flxpoint?

The versatility is unmatched - I can customize workflows exactly how I need them rather than adapting my processes to fit the software. Whether I'm handling bulk updates, managing multiple suppliers, or setting up automated rules, FLXPoint adapts to my business instead of the other way around.

What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

While I love FLXPoint's extensive capabilities, the sheer number of options can be overwhelming at first. There are so many customization possibilities that it can feel daunting to know where to start or which features will be most beneficial for your specific needs.

The learning curve is definitely steeper than simpler platforms. It took me some time to fully grasp all the functionality and optimize my workflows. I can’t say enough great things about the support I’ve received from Sebastion Yepes at Flxpoint. He is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and consistently delivers fast and accurate solutions. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

Flxpoint has been good for managing our inventory and streamlining product data. I really appreciate how it pulls in real-time quantity and pricing from all of our distributors into one centralized place. The integration with our internal system (Axis) has been good, and the flow into WooCommerce makes syncing products to our website easy. The mapping rules are easy to set up once you know what you are doing. A special shoutout to Jean, who has been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and resolving issues—his support has made a big difference. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

Despite the many strengths, there are still areas where Flxpoint could be more efficient. Some tasks require multiple redundant steps, which can be confusing and time-consuming. We're also continuing to experience challenges with fully processing orders within the system—something that remains a work in progress. Additionally, Flxpoint seems to be designed primarily for online-only retailers. Since we operate under a hybrid model with both online and in-person sales, plus the added complexity of federal restrictions, we’ve encountered several complications that the platform isn't quite built to handle out of the box. "Head & shoulders above competitors: incredibly granular customizability and top tier support"
What do you like best about Flxpoint?

Our business has extremely complex operations, and no software will be a 100% perfect custom fit, but Flxpoint is by far the most versatile and granularly customizable inventory management and order routing software we've encountered. The UI is intuitive and user-friendly, and the functionality is through the roof. I can't believe how much time we've wasted with other softwares that charge roughly the same or more, but offer only a fraction of the functionality and support resources that Flxpoint offers.

We purchased an onboarding package, which comes with several 1-hour Zoom calls with a dedicated onboarding specialist. Our sessions with Jean, our dedicated specialist, have been incredibly helpful for fast-tracking our onboarding. Our tech-savvy team was able to rapidly onboard with just a few sessions; teams with less technical knowledge would probably benefit most from the mid or top tier onboarding packages, because there's just a ton of ground to cover in order to supercharge your efficiency with Flxpoint's myriad abilities.

Jean has been a delight to work with as our dedicated onboarding specialist; he has stayed on top of all of our questions, thoroughly researched our use cases, and patiently explained everything we need to know in detail, with live demos on screenshare, to enable us to cruise through onboarding.

The quality of the Flxpoint UI and UX points to a team who doesn't settle for "good enough," but has mastery over the level of detail and complexity needed to actually make users' lives easier, particularly when the software has a million layers of functionality. This is not easy to do.

Since we only just onboarded, time will tell if the Flxpoint functionalities we're leveraging stay consistent and reliable. But as far as usability and support go, Flxpoint gets an A+. We're so glad we found it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

It's a pricey software. By current market standards, Flxpoint provides a huge value over some of its competitors. But in general, it's just a lot of money. Flxpoint's pricing for an annual commitment is closer to what we'd like to be paying on a monthly basis without the annual commitment. Even though we may end up sticking with Flxpoint indefinitely, in principle I find annual commitments unpalatable due to how rapidly ecom operations can shift and require pivoting.
