The documentation was done very well for their API, and the AI tool was also very helpful at times when I had random questions and needed clarification. The support I received from Justin Henson really made the whole implementation very doable. The level of understanding he had of what Flxpoint can do, the API integration, and my use case really helped a lot when I hit major roadblocks.
