It integrates seemlessly with all other elements of our ecosystem, the API works in real time, and the settings put us in the driver's seat in all the ways that matter. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to login, and I know my customers appreciate that as well. I love getting an email whenever a customer has trouble logging in, which allows me to address the issue proactively. The notifications for when customers make payments make my job so much easier by eliminating the need to check manually. The transition to using FlexPoint has been smooth with no complaints from customers—this has certainly been an upgrade for us.
