Cash flow visibility is excellent with the custom reports—helps us spot trends early. Multiple payment options for clients (including quick auto-pay rules) make getting paid easier and more reliable. If I had to pick minor nitpicks: the initial setup took a bit more tweaking than expected to get perfect for our specific workflows (though support by Carlos help alot ). "FlexPoint primarily solves the headaches of manual billing, and intergration with my ebay and shopify store. "The automation features are fantastic for saving time on billing and getting payments faster, but what really sets FlexPoint apart is the excellent customer support, especially from Carlos Henao. He's been quick to respond, super helpful with our specific MSP workflows, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works perfectly. We made the switch over to FlexPoint based on a well-timed cold call, and it's one of the smartest moves we've made as a white-glove service provider. Our clients' experience using our payments platform matters. FlexPoint is professional, easy to manage, and no drama for our clients' AP teams. It integrates seemlessly with all other elements of our ecosystem, the API works in real time, and the settings put us in the driver's seat in all the ways that matter. The pricing just makes sense and will continue to serve us as we grow. The human partnership in onboarding and support are fantastic. Huge fan, and highly recommend. Before FlexPoint, customers frequently had trouble figuring out how to pay invoices or ran into issues with our portal. After payments cleared, we dealt with a lot of manual reconciliation in QuickBooks. Now, with FlexPoint, we simply verify the invoice is correct and close it—done. I use FlexPoint for payment processing and it has solved a lot of problems for us, including ones we had with our previous provider. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to login, and I know my customers appreciate that as well. I love getting an email whenever a customer has trouble logging in, which allows me to address the issue proactively. The notifications for when customers make payments make my job so much easier by eliminating the need to check manually. The transition to using FlexPoint has been smooth with no complaints from customers—this has certainly been an upgrade for us.
