"Great Potential, But Needs Easier Multi-Platform Scheduling and Grid Management"
What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I really like being able to see all clients on one page — it makes managing multiple accounts much easier. I also love the calendar section, which gives a clear overview of upcoming content.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I think it would be really helpful to have the ability to schedule content to multiple platforms at once (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, etc.) rather than having to exit out, copy, and reschedule each post individually.

It would also be great to have an improved grid view display, so you can preview the layout without needing everything to be “scheduled” first.

Another challenge is moving posts between dates — it’s a bit cumbersome right now. A drag-and-drop or swap feature would make it much easier to rearrange content quickly.

Lastly, I’d love the option to draft stories without assigning a poster right away, so we can build and organize story sets more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I like that Brandwatch is an all-in-one tool for social media management so that most channels can be taken care of in one place. It's a very user-friendly yet at the same time powerful tool that helps us not only keep up with conversations happening on our own channels, but ABOUT us through its social listening capabilities. Brandwatch has saved our team so much time and streamlined our processes. I have Brandwatch open all the time, every day! What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch is very intuitive and forms a solid foundation for social media management. Navigating the platform is straightforward, allowing me to move easily between different sections. I spend several hours using it during most of my workdays. While customer support is always responsive and helpful, I rarely need to contact them because the platform offers so many useful resources and frequent updates. One of my favorite features is the content pool, which makes scheduling posts with pre-written captions fast and efficient. It also tracks how many times I’ve published a particular piece of content, helping me avoid posting the same thing twice on a single social platform. Posting across multiple platforms is smooth and hassle-free. For Instagram, I especially like being able to view my draft posts on my grid, which helps me decide if I need to rearrange other posts. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The downside is not being able to drag and drop to reschedule social posts on the content calendar, instead of having to open the whole post and select a different date. I wish collecting UGC was easier as well, Dash Social has a great feature where you can download social posts you're tagged in right to your computer and can use simple keywords to find engaging content you can repurpose. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

For me, being able to provide reassurance to senior leaders that we have in place automated monitoring for key words associated with our brand is very important. It is still a little buggy in places. The social media offer does sometimes feel like the poor relation to their consumer research offer. With the rise in video content, it does still feel like video is a hole in their monitoring offer. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

For almost a year, our team and clients have experienced ongoing issues reviewing video posts through the Brandwatch link. Despite multiple support requests, the issue remains unresolved. Each time we reach out, we’re asked to repeat the same troubleshooting steps, yet the problem persists because it “can’t be recreated” on your end.

It’s unlikely that my team and our clients are the only ones encountering this issue. This problem makes our workflow harder, not easier. We now have to include direct video links in the Brandwatch notes for clients to copy and paste into their browsers, which defeats the purpose of using an all-in-one platform.

As someone who reviews all social calendar links before sending them to clients, not being able to view videos directly in Brandwatch limits my ability to do my job effectively. I hope this issue can finally be escalated and resolved soon, as it significantly impacts both efficiency and client experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

We use Brandwatch every single day. Setting it up was a breeze and the onboarding from the team was very helpful. The interface is so clean and well-organized. I love how each module is set up and easy to navigate. I love that we can personalize our feeds in Engage, and I love all the filter options in the Publish calendar. Measure is my favourite, the customized dashboards have changed everything for us. We can really make it work for us. We also use the custom link shortener feature which is such a nice touch for our branding. Another plus is that the support team has been wonderful and very prompt with any inquiry. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

There is very little we dislike about Brandwatch. Every issue we've come across we've found a solution or workaround for. One thing I wish we could do is further customize the campaign tracking. I wish you could have multiple templates for campaign tracking per channel, and that each part of the utm code could be customized with a different label group. We'd don't use the campaign tracking feature at the moment because we have too many different codes we need to use. It doesn't often work very well at all, but when it does, it can be a useful tool for compiling reports for clients. For example, it lets us know the amount of followers we gained during a specific time period, which is helpful when working out the impact of a social giveaway. I dislike the fact that it never works correctly - results are inaccurate month on month, and there is always one issue or another. It wastes our team time having to constantly contact support every single month. It's also not very easy to use, as I find that it constantly requires us to refresh channels. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I have been using Brandwatch for years to post on my companies social media accounts. I love the calendar view to figure out the last busy days to post so that my posts don't get lost with other posts. I use it at least once a week to post. The platform is very easy to navigate and use, the best button is the copy and schedule so that i don't have to paste the same thing over and over! What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Most features on Brandwatch are not very intuitive or user-friendly. It seems doing anything takes multiple clicks, if that makes sense. Having to choose an individual channel every single time I am making a post when I am already viewing that specific channel's content on the calendar wastes a lot of time and has lead to more errors.
