**What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I love how Brandwatch Social Media Management keeps all feedback organized, which is really helpful. It saves me a bunch of time since it can schedule posts for me on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. What I like most is how easy it is to see all of my clients' content in one place and how easy it is to keep their feedback and approvals organized. The calendar view lets me see all of the posts going out on a certain day, which helps me and the clients stay organized. It's nice to be able to check that all of my clients' posts went out on a certain day. Plus, the fact that I can do engagement in Brandwatch is a game changer. Managing all of my clients and their posts and engagement in one place is really convenient. The initial setup of Brandwatch was pretty easy since it's intuitive, and it took me about a week to fully understand the software and feel 100% comfortable using it.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The only thing that bothers me sometimes is the channels will disconnect and then I have to reconnect my clients Instagrams or Facebooks to Brandwatch which can be time consuming. I think that if Brandwatch could just make sure that the accounts stay connected would be great, unless of course the client changes their password or something then you need to reconnect -- I understand that. But randomly disconnecting is a bit frustrating

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I like that comment checks are easy and centralized with Brandwatch Social Media Management, making it unnecessary to log into different accounts. I also find the Listen feature cool as it adds value as an offering to clients.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I think the whole platform is behind. The scheduling tool is awful and we will not stay on if it's not improved. There are slow upload speeds, limited sizes, and it's not up to date with platform requirements. It has a limited capacity to post, can't cross-schedule, posts fail to go live for no reason, and when they are rescheduled they work so it's just errors everywhere. LinkedIn doesn't have a native button for carousels. You should look at Metricool as an example of a good scheduler. Also, it's so expensive, and the initial setup was not easy or clear.

I use Brandwatch Social Media Management for central comment checks and easy, though limited, reporting. It adds value to client offerings through the Listen feature.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I love the tags & categories management and the easiness to create customizable reports with Brandwatch Social Media Management. It helps me diversify our creative assets and makes it easy to schedule and organize our publications. The initial setup was very easy and enjoyable. Our decision to switch to Brandwatch Social Media Management was driven by the aim to have a one-in-all platform, especially since we already had Consumer Research with Brandwatch. The customer service and the overall positive experience with the platform were also incentives.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The main limitation at the moment is the fact that the published does not support the X Premium feature that allows us to publish posts longer than 250 characters. Another limitation is the fact we are not able to publish across several platforms in one single action.

I really like the seamless ability to cut time by posting to multiple accounts at once. It's one of the most time-efficient aspects that saves a lot of time in the long run, letting me spend more time on making quality content. I also really like the interface; it's very clearly laid out with different sections that allow me to easily check scheduled and published content without confusion. The initial setup was very easy and seamless—no errors at all—and it happened within minutes. Altogether, these features help me offload my cognitive capacity, knowing that posting is done for me in an autonomous manner, so I can focus on creating engaging content.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I think the login process is a very tightly timed login process, and once I log in and then pass that timer, I often have to restart or I run into an error.

I like the view of the calendar, and it makes comment checks a lot easier. Scheduling is something I value as it saves a lot of time manually posting.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I don't love a lot to be honest, I think Brandwatch Social Media Management causes more issues than it solves problems. Scheduling is extremely tedious because you have to manually select a channel and platform for every single post instead of cross posting on platforms. There are also a lot of issues with video and image formats and dimensions that we haven't had with other scheduling tools. You also have to scroll all the way through the measure dashboard of your report before you export it, otherwise data hasn't loaded in the exported PDF. Brandwatch was expected to be faster with scheduling and more reliable for reporting, but it's actually way longer and way more expensive. The initial setup was too complicated, and the initial calls felt kind of pointless.

The UI for many of the suites is pretty easy to learn and understand. This has helped the broadening rollout from my team feeling comfortable and empowered to leverage.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I've still had issues getting all the suites to live in one place. I have a couple links that I must use in order to access instead of everything just being in one place. Getting more specific to platform tools, mentions are often something I look at for social listening. When clicking on specific points on the trended chart, BW ranks the topics but it doesn't state what the criteria for those rankings are. I initially thought it was pure reach from that post but I've seen several instances of that not being the case. Would love to get more clarity around how the tool is creating that hierarchy.

Being able to see broader conversions about our company's brand is very beneficial to getting consumer insight on how we're perceived/talked about in media. The social listening tool has allowed us to rollout a reoccurring report that consists of mention volume/sentiment and how those tracking metrics are influenced by our business decisions. The data is very easy to manipulate in and do a more story telling approach which has truly been impactful to the broader marketing teams.

I find the analytics and reporting tools provide useful insights to track performance and improve social media strategies. The automated reporting tool is also very useful as it saves time when preparing performance summaries. What I like most about Brandwatch is the Engage section. It has drastically cut down my social media monitoring time, and I know I won’t miss anything the way I used to when I had to switch between platforms.

Although Brandwatch offers 24/7 support and ways to get in touch, I don’t like that there isn’t someone proactively reaching out to check whether I’m using the platform correctly or getting the most out of it. I’d also love access to more videos or guided resources so I can learn more and improve how I use the program.

The ability to allow approval when scheduling out a handful of posts to a variety of social media platforms has been super helpful for upper management to have eyes on content.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The main thing I dislike about Brandwatch is the inability to schedule out multiple posts at a time in the same window, it only allows post cloning. Also, the analytics are very different across the board with the APIs not pulling in correctly or having different labels for each metric.

It is currently solving our approval process and saving us time that way by having multiple brands linked to this third party management system.

I use Brandwatch Social Media Management to predominantly schedule content across social media platforms. It allows me to post on multiple platforms pretty seamlessly. I find scheduling to be pretty convenient, and I appreciate the feature for copying posts over, as it usually works well. I also value the calendar feature where we keep important dates, which helps us stay on top of recurring content pieces.

When too many campaigns are on the same day it doesn't list them all, it just says +1, +2 etc.

I really like being able to see all clients on one page — it makes managing multiple accounts much easier. I also love the calendar section, which gives a clear overview of upcoming content.

Another great feature is the ability to collab post directly within the platform — it’s efficient and helps streamline the approval process.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I think it would be really helpful to have the ability to schedule content to multiple platforms at once (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, etc.) rather than having to exit out, copy, and reschedule each post individually.

It would also be great to have an improved grid view display, so you can preview the layout without needing everything to be “scheduled” first.

Another challenge is moving posts between dates — it’s a bit cumbersome right now. A drag-and-drop or swap feature would make it much easier to rearrange content quickly.

Lastly, I’d love the option to draft stories without assigning a poster right away, so we can build and organize story sets more efficiently.

I really like that the platform helps me publish to multiple pages automatically, which saves a lot of time compared to manual posting.

I like that Brandwatch is an all-in-one tool for social media management so that most channels can be taken care of in one place. It's a very user-friendly yet at the same time powerful tool that helps us not only keep up with conversations happening on our own channels, but ABOUT us through its social listening capabilities. Brandwatch has saved our team so much time and streamlined our processes. I have Brandwatch open all the time, every day! Their customer support is also very responsive in chat and helps me resolve any issues or questions quickly.

There are some areas I'm wanting Brandwatch to implement so that we don't have to any management outside of the platform, for example, scheduling Threads and Bluesky and pulling metrics for these channels.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

Brandwatch is very intuitive and forms a solid foundation for social media management. Navigating the platform is straightforward, allowing me to move easily between different sections. I spend several hours using it during most of my workdays. While customer support is always responsive and helpful, I rarely need to contact them because the platform offers so many useful resources and frequent updates. One of my favorite features is the content pool, which makes scheduling posts with pre-written captions fast and efficient. It also tracks how many times I’ve published a particular piece of content, helping me avoid posting the same thing twice on a single social platform. Posting across multiple platforms is smooth and hassle-free. For Instagram, I especially like being able to view my draft posts on my grid, which helps me decide if I need to rearrange other posts. The measure tool provides in-depth analytics which are great to show leadership teams what content is performing well and how we can adjust our strategies.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The downside is not being able to drag and drop to reschedule social posts on the content calendar, instead of having to open the whole post and select a different date. I wish collecting UGC was easier as well, Dash Social has a great feature where you can download social posts you're tagged in right to your computer and can use simple keywords to find engaging content you can repurpose. The listening tool can be rather complicated for what you're wanting to look for especially in quick search.

Brandwatch Social Media Management lets me post a month's worth of content in an hour, freeing up time to focus on other aspects of my job. The social media analytics provides me hard proof to show what content we should and shouldn't be posting.

For me, being able to provide reassurance to senior leaders that we have in place automated monitoring for key words associated with our brand is very important. As Brandwatch's publish and measure features have matured, we have been able to build them into our workflows and reporting which has been super useful.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

It is still a little buggy in places. The social media offer does sometimes feel like the poor relation to their consumer research offer. With the rise in video content, it does still feel like video is a hole in their monitoring offer. I appreciate the challenges in picking up brand mentions in video content, but this does feel possible in this day and age.

**What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brandwatch allows us to have in place automated monitoring 24 hours a day. We have alerts set up for key phrases/words in relation to our brand which allows us to quickly be aware of potential risks online. When we have situations when we are made aware of an emerging risk, we can build out a listen query and be assured that we have the risk monitored if it develops. Brandwatch's analytics offer is getting a lot stronger which is allowing us to automate more of our reporting and to use their API to hook this data into our overall reporting.

What I like best about Brandwatch is how seamlessly it combines deep social listening, powerful AI-driven insights, and customizable reporting tools. It helps me cut through the noise, spot emerging trends, and truly understand audience sentiment across platforms. The platform’s integration of listening, publishing, and analytics saves time and provides a clear, data-backed view of brand performance.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

For almost a year, our team and clients have experienced ongoing issues reviewing video posts through the Brandwatch link. Despite multiple support requests, the issue remains unresolved. Each time we reach out, we’re asked to repeat the same troubleshooting steps, yet the problem persists because it “can’t be recreated” on your end.

It’s unlikely that my team and our clients are the only ones encountering this issue. This problem makes our workflow harder, not easier. We now have to include direct video links in the Brandwatch notes for clients to copy and paste into their browsers, which defeats the purpose of using an all-in-one platform.

As someone who reviews all social calendar links before sending them to clients, not being able to view videos directly in Brandwatch limits my ability to do my job effectively. I hope this issue can finally be escalated and resolved soon, as it significantly impacts both efficiency and client experience.

Brandwatch Social Media Management helps streamline our entire content workflow—from planning and scheduling to publishing and performance tracking—all in one platform. **What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

We use Brandwatch every single day. Setting it up was a breeze and the onboarding from the team was very helpful. The interface is so clean and well-organized. I love how each module is set up and easy to navigate. I love that we can personalize our feeds in Engage, and I love all the filter options in the Publish calendar. Measure is my favourite, the customized dashboards have changed everything for us. We can really make it work for us. We also use the custom link shortener feature which is such a nice touch for our branding. Another plus is that the support team has been wonderful and very prompt with any inquiry.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

There is very little we dislike about Brandwatch. Every issue we've come across we've found a solution or workaround for. One thing I wish we could do is further customize the campaign tracking. I wish you could have multiple templates for campaign tracking per channel, and that each part of the utm code could be customized with a different label group. We'd don't use the campaign tracking feature at the moment because we have too many different codes we need to use. I also wish that links were automatically shortened in comments and private messages, as they can be in captions.

**What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us a lot of time. We don't need to use another platform to manage or organize our calendar. The approval workflow is also amazing, so we can approve all content in platform for our team. The analytics are excellent and we can now do all of our reporting through one platform. We were able to eliminate the need for multiple other tools with Brandwatch. I also love the recent update to the layout of the Engage module, which makes responding to comments and messages a breeze.

It doesn't often work very well at all, but when it does, it can be a useful tool for compiling reports for clients. For example, it lets us know the amount of followers we gained during a specific time period, which is helpful when working out the impact of a social giveaway.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I dislike the fact that it never works correctly - results are inaccurate month on month, and there is always one issue or another. It wastes our team time having to constantly contact support every single month. It's also not very easy to use, as I find that it constantly requires us to refresh channels.  We use it frequently, monthly.

I have been using Brandwatch for years to post on my companies social media accounts. I love the calendar view to figure out the last busy days to post so that my posts don't get lost with other posts. I use it at least once a week to post. The platform is very easy to navigate and use, the best button is the copy and schedule so that i don't have to paste the same thing over and over! I have had to contact customer support before and they were fast and kind.

The only downsides of using Brandwatch to post on social media is when I go to post on LinkedIn I cannot tag people, just companies and sometimes even finding companies is hard. It's annoying that you have to use dashes where there is a space.

There can be a lot of glitches to work through - sometimes channel groups don't work, edits to copy don't save. I also think adding more to the approval process like copy editing instead of just commenting would be helpful. The login in always clunky and glitchy. Almost every time I log in with 2FA I get an error message that tells me I'm already logged in and to go to the platform. This might be more of a LinkedIn issue but it would be SO helpful if we could do more LinkedIn reporting for people.

The Engage module is excellent and makes community management much easier, as it allows me to view all engagement from every platform on a single page. 

The Measure module is also very useful for reporting, as it helps illustrate the performance of posts and platforms, and lets me track our progress toward KPI goals.

Being able to track non owned accounts just by using their social links is a great additon for cases where we doing a market research

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The Listen Module feels somewhat limited, and when it comes to sentiment results, we find that about 60 to 70 percent of the time, we have to adjust the sentiments ourselves because the AI doesn't quite grasp South African social language. 


We are unable to perform a full share of voice analysis between brands. 

In the Engage Module, there are some comments and messages that don't appear, so we have to visit the native platforms directly to interact with them.


When we do a SOV analysis and we want the search to pull only South African search results its limited in terms of, if filter by location we lose Facebook data and if we add location to search it doesnt always pull the local data only 

And Customer service can't help much on that and thier turnaround time at times takes too long especially in cases where we doing a report and the app mulfunctions 

Sometimes the app requires us to fix our time zones which is not ideal incases of me try to do a quick search or do my reports

The unlimited channel connections is useful compared to the model employed by some of their competitors. There are a good range of social media platforms that can be connected too. Some of the features where you can share reports and dashboards with non-users is also useful.

The rollout of the new two-factor authentication system has impacted the user experience. While security is important, it has come at the detriment of the user experience, and it also comes across as an opportunity for Brandwatch to make more money out of customers.

The customer support experience has started to drop in quality lately. Despite attempts to raise this, even senior leaders don't follow up as they promise. There is a little too much reliance on AI bots, and not enough human interaction.

Also, there are some frustrating product glitches that need fixing to improve the experience but the company doesn't seem to be making them as much as a priority as they once did. It seems priorities have shifted since the merger and subsequent acquisition.

I like the look and branding of Brandwatch. It's very clean and when sharing reports to clients it looks nice and professional. The AI help has been helpful for little questions here and there. The measuring is nice and customizable and the graphs are wonderful for our clients. As a team we really like the labeling on pieces of content to know exactly how a campaign or certain pieces of content go. That was a big reason that we choose brandwatch.

Brandwatch has been very tricky for us, because for our team we have ran into mulitple technical issues that involve getting help from the success team. Our posts weren't loading, we had weird things in our measuring that has made using brandwatch very frustrating. We would like measure to be even more customizable with choosing colors for the graphs and even the scale of what the graphs are. We also are extremely frustrated at measuring reach and views. Our clients need a total reach for the end of the month, but brandwatch is only having avg. reach this is a big problem for us, because we need accurate numbers and we have to pull from meta for the total reach when we would rather have it all in the same place. Another thing is in engage, when there is a spammer, it's great that you can block them there, but it would be nice if when you hit block that it hides all the messages from that profile as well as marks them as read so it clears all the messages at once, saving time. We have a lot of international languages too, so it would be very handy, to have a "translate all" button or something so I can know which messages are hate and easily hide them instead of going one by one. That's how meta does it, and it really saves time. In publish, we do have a lot of posts going out so I understand in the month calendar just having a number with platforms, but it would be very nice to have a overview of each client's calendar and what we are posting like trello where there is a title to the day so we can see the whole month clearly for each account. Overall, we were extremely excited to get brandwatch, and now we are a little disappointed.

Brandwatch is benefitting us when it comes to the listening and knowing what people feel towards our brands. We aren't able to do that manually to the extent that the listening tool does. What I find most useful about Brandwatch is its ability to post and cross-post to multiple channels simultaneously. This feature streamlines the process of scheduling social media posts across various platforms and even different brands, making it both quick and efficient. I also appreciate the helpful tools available, such as suggestions for the best times to post on Facebook based on when your audience is most active. Another feature I really value is the Notification option, which lets you alert team members after a post is published (we use this to encourage our team to reshare and like the post within 60 to 90 minutes). On the occasions when I've contacted customer support, they've always been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The main issue I have with Brandwatch is that it isn't very straightforward or intuitive to review posts that have already been published. I want to be able to quickly check my posts for engagement metrics and other key performance indicators, but neither the Engage nor the Measure tabs provide the kind of simple reporting experience I’m looking for.

Overall, Brandwatch is and was easy to implement to our team dynamic. I appreciate how Brandwatch offers a full scope process. I can post and monitor my organic and paid efforts through Publish, interact and nurture my posts with community management through Engage, and wrap up my work with reporting through Measure, all in one platform. I will say the integration transition was seamless, and there were hardly any growing pains when we made the transition because the onboarding was thorough. Customer support is overall very responsive when we do need them. They are always willing to hop on a call if needed.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

The design feels a bit outdated compared to other platforms I've used. Our team uses this platform daily, and it sometimes lags and doesn't feel super intuitive, which can cause some frustration. Several aspects, including the reporting widgets in Measure and the aspect ratio sizing in Publish, require manual adjustments as well as a few other features. I also wish there was a way to view posts from a month perspective with an image of the actual posts rather than the current icon display.

Sometimes the Brandwatch platform can feel clunky to use. Some functionality and other user-friendly options should be addressed. 

For example, in the Engage module, when our brand is mentioned on Instagram, I have to go to Instagram to engage with the content. I'd like it if we could engage from Brandwatch instead of changing to another tab.

Additionally, sometimes I feel like it doesn't pick up all the mentions in Engage. There have been things that I have missed because it hasn't showed up even though all our channels are connected.

before using brandwatch, we had a hard time keeping track of our analytics and seeing how content performed. Brandwatch has helped us solve our analytics problem and we can see how our content is doing and what we can improve/repeat as a brand.

I love that I can see everything in an enterprise level and at scale. The publishing tool is easy to use and that's important to me since I use it every day. Most importantly, the customer support is unmatched. Whenever I have an issue, they immediately get back to me and resolve my issue within the work day.

I don't really like the limited spots in Brandwatch's ads account. It makes things hard to navigate. Same with the benchmarking tool only allowing a small amount of slots. I wish I can toggle in and toggle out of slots in order to preload them for different reports.

I appreciate Brandwatch Social Media Management's setup process, which was very straightforward, and there were no issues at all. The integration of spam filters and AI tools for creating quick responses saves us a lot of time. Having all social media platforms in one place for easy management is extremely beneficial as it eliminates the need to check each one individually. The ability to add notes and create cases is also quite useful.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I feel that the responsiveness and speed of the software can be problematic in certain scenarios. For example, when performing actions like bulk deleting or setting a comment as spam and marking it as read, there is an issue where the comment is inexplicably marked as read. This lack of responsiveness can hinder efficiency and workflow.

I use the product for its AI responses and spam filters, which simplify social media management by saving time and allowing content monitoring from a single platform.

**What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I like how Brandwatch gives suggestions on the best days and times to post. I have noticed a difference in performance when I follow the suggested times versus when I do not.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

I do not like the calendar and week view format. I hate how I can't actually see the posts on a months view, but only see the logos for which platforms are scheduled. That is the one thing I miss from the old social media management platform we used to have (HeyOrca). I really liked how I could still see the posts at a month's view (like the copy and imagery), not just the platform logo. The site is also laggy, and I don't like how I can't tell if my work has been saved or not. I've had many times where the copy gets erased randomly, not by my own fault, and I don't notice until I've exited out of the post view and go back in. There should be a way to recover it or an undo button or something.

It helps make the social media calendar scheduling easier. It also helps make reporting easier with how simple it is to create custom dashboards and be able to see exactly what data I want.

I appreciate that the platform allows you to create labels for your content and also track analytics for them. The ability to cross-post to various platforms has made publishing much simpler for us, especially since we manage several different channels. I've found the tool user-friendly, and when training other teams, the process has been straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

Overall, I find Brandwatch to be a highly useful tool. However, I think it could be improved by offering more detailed monitoring of optimal times. Additionally, when I export a dashboard from the 'measure' section, I notice that the PDF version sometimes lacks certain information. It would also be helpful to have more options to customize the exported PDFs.

Brandwatch offers in-depth analytics that are valuable for shaping our social media strategy and tracking the performance of our campaigns. It also integrates with all the platforms we use, except for Blue Sky.

I really enjoy being able to publish, engage with, and track my social media posts and campaigns all from a single platform. I use it daily, and it consistently supports me in completing my work and daily responsibilities. The platform is user-friendly and keeps up with the latest updates and features from social media networks. I also really like its AI capabilities.

What I find disappointing about the Brandwatch Social Media Management platform is the restricted functionality available when publishing social posts through it. In my experience, it doesn't feel as user-friendly as I would prefer, especially compared to using the native social platforms directly.

This tool has been useful in monitoring consumer conversations related to our business lines, as well as gauging overall consumer sentiment toward our company.

Pulling analytics is very clunky and not comprehensive. If accounts have two-factor authentication, it is difficult for every user on Brandwatch to do their job creating content. The customer support system leaves a lot to be desired especially when it is a Brandwatch glitch. And, with tools to moderate not cohesive across platforms, Brandwatch and account website have to both be accessed to completely moderate.

I have been using Brandwatch Social Media Management for a couple of years, and I find it to be a really good platform. I love how it keeps everything organized, especially when managing different accounts. It's incredibly beneficial for solving organization problems and makes managing my social media accounts easier, ensuring everything posts as scheduled. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to send approval links very easily, which streamlines my workflow. The videos and tutorials offered made the setup process straightforward, contributing to why I enjoy using the platform, as it was easy to get the hang of and navigate.

I would just change the fact that sometimes it glitches and gets unattached from accounts.

I recently had a technical issue that was preventing me from logging in to the social media management tool on Brandwatch. I filled out the "contact us" form on their website, and had a response from Peter in Customer Support in less than five minutes. He made it possible for me to get back into the platform and I was back up and running in no time. I really appreciated how quick they were to respond and get it taken care of.

I like being able to schedule boosts for META straight from Brandwatch. The customer support is also very helpful and timely.

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

When a post fails to boost, it is hit or miss if we get an email about it. So I have to manually go in and check on the post, which defeats the purpose of a scheduled boost.

**What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our old social media management, we had to manually boost posts each day. With Brandwatch, we can boost a whole quarter at a time which is super convenient and streamlines out process. We also used to have a very clunky and slow approval process. Now, we can just send our clients a link for approval, and it is super easy and fast for both of us. We can leave comments on individual posts as well which is super nice.

i find branchwatch easy to use with its layout. As a branch manager, my time is limited so being able to book post's so far ahead. it is also really easy train people on the systems. Since we have introduced Brandwatch to our company, we have found a real increase in our growth on our social media exposure. Really happy with Brandwatch and the way it has affected our company

**What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?**

As a branch manager of an estate agency, it would be more helpful to have a full mobile app so i can do it on the go. THe only other negative i find navigating the images and adding writing to them to be quite fiddly and time consuming. But i never been great with technology so it may be me.

being able to work ahead and set up posts. We are extremely busy and cant do it day to day so this helps massively.
