What do you like best about ExhibitDay?

Easy-on-the-eyes, user-friendly, the ability to customize the info/booth tabs, cloning, adding unlimited users (for premium services) with different viewer preferences, I can go on and on... Oh, and great customer service, too, even during the Beta stage which speaks volumes of the company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExhibitDay?

Aside from trade shows, my team coordinates continuing education (CE) for doctors - it would be nice to have a separate homepage for our CE events (webinars, live lectures, and hands-on workshops) so I can see them all in one page (calendar view); many of our CE events are combined with trade shows as well, so, in that situation, I would want an info CE tab.

It would also be nice if we can have a bigger writing space for “Show Happenings” and the ability to customize what we write inside (font, formatting). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExhibitDay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have 95% said goodbye to the Excel spreadsheets housing our event details! The only time I open a spreadsheet is when I want to see all our events in one page with consolidated important info to help my team plan for next year’s event calendar: when we applied last year, # of past doctor/exhibiting company attendees, booth cost and size, who traveled, fly in/out airports, staff travel costs, how many orders we took, etc.

There are so many great benefits but the ones on top of my head are: 1) the event team or attendees, wherever they are, can log on and see updates in real-time; and the “Event Binder” has also saved my event coordinators time - with a click of a button they are able to generate this report with everything relating to the attendee(s) going; prior, they would work from updating a Word doc template. What do you like best about ExhibitDay?

- Google calendar syncing because it eliminates that extra step

- The Budgeting and ROI feature is KEY to see how much you’re spending and truly if you’re getting a return on the investment

- Annual Budgets feature because it is helping us to plan for next year’s events

- The Staff & their travel tabs are incredibly important to communicating who is attending and reflecting their flight and hotel information

- The shipments tab is AWESOME! Tracking shipping for trade shows can be one of the most challenging obstacles in this industry. Everyone who is involved in the conference has access to all data real-time, including tracking numbers and expected shipping dates.

What do you dislike about ExhibitDay?

If I HAD to pick out some things I wish were improved on, I would recommend syncing the exhibit dates/times with calendar specifically, I would love a mobile app, and the ability to add clickable links for the event agenda and shipments tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you facilitate several trade shows per year and manage 100's of logistics associated with those events, then this program was tailored exactly for you. For me, not only do I value the quality of the program that is truly a solution, but I value responsive, comprehensive customer service. ExhibitDay has mastered both! I believe ExhibitDay offers a trial to use their solution, so you really have nothing to lose. It is extremely user-friendly and their team is available to help if you need it. ExhibitDay solved a plethora of issues but the top 4 solutions were: 1. ROI. Period. It literally is a must-have! 2. everything my team & I needed to know was in one very convenient and user-friendly place 3. budgeting & tracking spending was so easy!
