Exairon’s flexible, customizable structure adapts quickly to our company’s workflow. With stable integrations, we can handle our communication and operational needs from a single screen, which helps speed up our day-to-day work.

Having channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, webchat, and e-mail brought together in one place has made team communication smoother and much easier to manage.

Another plus is the platform’s simple, user-friendly interface. New users can get started quickly without needing lengthy training sessions.

The reporting features also save us time by offering ready-to-use, standardized reports, so we can access the information we need very quickly.

Lastly, the Exairon team responds promptly to support and development requests and delivers improvements on time, which gives us a strong sense of reliability.

Overall, we’re quite satisfied with Exairon. That said, the initial setup and automation design can take some upfront planning, since every company has its own workflows and procedures, and in some cases our needs may extend beyond the standard structure.

So far, we haven’t come across anything to dislike but there is always room for growth. For instance, having full language localization in the admin panel would make daily tasks easier for everyone. Also, simplifying the onboarding and overall learning curve for operators would help, since it currently takes a bit of time to get comfortable and master all the features.

Getting started takes a little time since there are quite a few features to discover. A more guided onboarding would be a nice addition, but once you get the hang of it, it flows well.

In general, Exairon is a platform that meets our expectations. However, we think that some new functions should be added in addition to the platform's existing features.
