What do you dislike about Exairon?

So far, we haven’t come across anything to dislike but there is always room for growth. For instance, having full language localization in the admin panel would make daily tasks easier for everyone. Also, simplifying the onboarding and overall learning curve for operators would help, since it currently takes a bit of time to get comfortable and master all the features. What do you like best about Exairon?

I use Exairon for WhatsApp communication, and it helps me provide immediate solutions to my company's demands and expectations, which is great for being customer-focused. Exairon offers very valuable suggestions regarding processes, helping me improve. I also appreciate that I can monitor the chat area in real-time and switch from automatic chat to manual chat to intervene when there's abnormal communication. It's a very nice application.
