What do you like best about Exairon?

What we appreciate most about Exairon is that we can manage all our customer conversations on a single platform. This feature allows us to track and manage customer communications from different channels in bulk. Managing all communications from channels such as social media, WhatsApp, and email from a single place makes our business processes very efficient. In addition, thanks to the user-friendly interface of this platform, our team can respond to customer requests quickly and effectively. What do you dislike about Exairon?

In general, Exairon is a platform that meets our expectations. However, we think that some new functions should be added in addition to the platform's existing features. For example, reporting tools could be more advanced and some processes could be more automated.
