What do you like best about Exairon?

Exairon has significantly streamlined our multi-channel support. The Exairon team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Its intuitive interface ensures communication with our customers remains clear and consistent, allowing our team to manage WhatsApp and Instagram queries from a single, organized dashboard. The setup was seamless, enabling us to go live quickly without any technical hurdles. What do you dislike about Exairon?

So far, we haven’t come across anything to dislike but there is always room for growth. For instance, having full language localization in the admin panel would make daily tasks easier for everyone. Also, simplifying the onboarding and overall learning curve for operators would help, since it currently takes a bit of time to get comfortable and master all the features.
