
The best feature is their support staff! It will cost about $250 per month for a support contract but it's well worth it. You can call or email your support tech and they are very good about getting back to you within minutes and are extremely knowledgeable of the system and database tables. They are also open to making custom changes to your system to meet specific needs of you organization. They have a SQL executor which comes in handy to quickly write queries to pull data from the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The framework of the system can be frustrating as it crashes often depending on what you try to do. Typically it'll crash because of something to do with a Java run time error but figuring out why is usually a mystery. I also don't really enjoy the lack of integration. There's no API, database connectors, or cloud connections. You'll be stuck using an ODBC connection for any reporting or data extraction. Also, EVO is not very good at working backwards or un-doing changes. It'll typically result in your database/ERP person performing some sort of manual fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
