What do you like best about Etail Solutions?

Bringing Etail Solutions into our business as the platform to use for our dropship program has been very successful. From the very start-up of our partnership, they have been very hands-on and attentive to our needs, questions and over-all set up of the software and integration with our operating system. We use Etail Solutions in our every day business to process our dropship orders from multiple platforms like Amazon and Walmart; without their constant support, our launch with these platforms would not have been successful. What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?

Due to the size of our catalog, it gets a little tricky at time manuevering thru the various screens. It would be helpful to see current inventory when looking at back orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Etail Solutions?

Etail is a well built service for ecommerce companies looking to expand their online channels and streamline their inventory and order processing. Having a dedicated account manager allows you to tailor your needs and investigate areas where you may be missing sales. One key benefit of choosing EVP over other ERP systems is the ability to customize to your business' needs. This customization gives you the flexibility to create a system that is perfect for you and not just an average out of the box solution that may be missing critical needs of your company. What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?

Etail implementation can be a bit cumbersome and intensive, but it is necessary to achieve success. Since the system is customized to your needs, system bugs may happen, but the support team assists greatly. These bugs have occurred with every ERP system we have used and are expected with any platform due to constant sales channel code changes on sites such as amazon or walmart. "Automation of a robust multi channel marketplace integration platform"
What do you like best about Etail Solutions?

If you sell on multiple marketplaces and carry a variety of suppliers, Etail is a software that will help you manage all from a single console. It is extremely robust with a number of features that are not availble from the competitors. Their customer support is excellent and help with the integration of new suppliers to new marketplaces. Etail is still developing their training solutions. After Etail has been set up the company does not do a good job training you to use all of the dynamic tools the platform has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Etail Solutions?

The thing I llike most about Etail is they got a plenty of integrations that helps to automate the business and manage it from there. We've certainly put a lot of emphasis on the automation and workflow orchestration in the past and understand that the Admin Console (legacy interface) is better suited for System Admins. We've been putting more emphasis on the day-to-day users in our newer Web UI to streamline the day-to-day functions of specific user roles.
