**What do you like best about Etail Solutions?**

Bringing Etail Solutions into our business as the platform to use for our dropship program has been very successful.  From the very start-up of our partnership, they have been very hands-on and attentive to our needs, questions and over-all set up of the software and integration with our operating system.  We use Etail Solutions in our every day business to process our dropship orders from multiple platforms like Amazon and Walmart; without their constant support, our launch with these platforms would not have been successful.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

Due to the size of our catalog, it gets a little tricky at time manuevering thru the various screens.  It would be helpful to see current inventory when looking at back orders.

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our warehouse facilities are not capable of dropshipping so we utlize Etail Solutions as a 3PL and drop ship platform

**What do you like best about Etail Solutions?**

Etail is a well built service for ecommerce companies looking to expand their online channels and streamline their inventory and order processing. Having a dedicated account manager allows you to tailor your needs and investigate areas where you may be missing sales.  One key benefit of choosing EVP over other ERP systems is the ability to customize to your business' needs. This customization gives you the flexibility to create a system that is perfect for you and not just an average out of the box solution that may be missing critical needs of your company.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

Etail implementation can be a bit cumbersome and intensive, but it is necessary to achieve success. Since the system is customized to your needs, system bugs may happen, but the support team assists greatly. These bugs have occurred with every ERP system we have used and are expected with any platform due to constant sales channel code changes on sites such as amazon or walmart.

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Etail solves all of your ecommerce needs such as inventory management, purchase order management, order fulfillment, etc. Their ability to connect to almost any platform allows you to manage all of your data from one true source.

If you sell on multiple marketplaces and carry a variety of suppliers, Etail is a software that will help you manage all from a single console.  It is extremely robust with a number of features that are not availble from the competitors.  Their customer support is excellent and help with the integration of new suppliers to new marketplaces.

The platform is so robust that it takes quite a bit of time to learn all of the various steps to get products active and published to the many marketplaces available through their integration software.

Etail offers a ton of customized ecommerce solutions. Its one of the most dynamic tools out there for managing Orders and PO's.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

Etail is still developing their training solutions. After Etail has been set up the company does not do a good job training you to use all of the dynamic tools the platform has to offer.

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use etail to manage a full network of vendors and PO's. Etail allows us to manage all the PO's and Costs across the network. Etail also allows us to manage all sales listing and skus across our ecommerce platform. This has been hugely beneficial for taking control of order population with our 3PL partner.

Our representative is very knowledgeable about our business and very helpful in new projects as well as resolving issues. Etail always has solutions for us for any new project or request we bring to the table.

Timeliness of resolving issues can be delayed when there are other customer's projects queued before us. There is not always someone else available to help assist with our account without the direction from our main contact.

The thing I llike most about Etail is they got a plenty of integrations that helps to automate the business and manage it from there. Also their top tier customer support, they really provide intensive help specially with the automation and attends to our needs immediately.

Not really a dislike but I think of an area that they can improve, a better user interface so not so techy people would easily navigate it.

The automation of the business process. Etail Solutions provide a lot of help in many ways, such as in processing our orders, pricing automation and their analytics that helps with the decision making to compete in the market- with all that data, we already where we can improve and what product should we prioritize more.

We have been with etail for 8 years. They are great with working with us to incorporate all our ideas. They have a solid software that works.

Sometimes, getting back with new tickets and work requests for new feature request takes some time.

It's much easier to incorporate all of our marketplaces and sync our large database of products across them. Their fulfillment, including printing labels, is really good.

**What do you like best about Etail Solutions?**

The Etail platform opens up all of the current ecommerce marketplaces with a single tool.  Rather that managing multiple direct integrations and EDI connections, we are able to synidicate product catalogs, automate pricing, and service marketplace orders end-to-end from one highly configurable interface.  We are no longer worried about over comitting inventory or being able to fill orders in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

With configurability comes complexity; Etail has struck a good balance of highly configurable, while manitaining ease of use, but their tools do require specialized training.

They have created a tool that provides a unified view of all marketplace commerce.  We used to live in each of the marketplace portals and now we manage everything at once from Etail.

The only downside of Etail is that their EVP software sometimes isn't the most straight forward to use and requires a fair bit of training. That being said their white glove service really helps to get around these hurdles.

The biggest problem that Etail is soliving for our business is the integration into our multiple outdated systems, allowing us to sell effectively at multichannel retail.

Mostly found in slow processing, sometime temporarily link down from main server.

**What do you like best about Etail Solutions?**

For anyone that works in eCommerce, we all know that systems break, even the best of them.  The retailer changes something, system upgrade, whatever.  EVP works exceptionally well with all of the top online retailers, while providing us clear visibility into where the breakdowns have occurred.  Our previous provider was an absolute disaster in this space.  It would sometimes take several days to figure out the issue, and in the meantime, we would have to do everything manually to meet the retailer's SLAs.  With Etail, if there is an issue we can quickly track it down and get it resolved.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

The UI is not the most advanced, so know that you may see some sleeker models out there, but I don't believe this leads to better results.  What we found during the RFP process those sleeker interfaces wanted to charge us significantly more and didn't give us everything we needed.

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Etail is facilitating order and inventory management across a variety of online retailers including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Wayfair, QVC and others.

The amount of tools they have available for tracking, pricing, automating, and everything in between are impressive. And this tool box is always growing and adapting with the market.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

In the past, I did not like the difficulty in finding answers to problems that would inevitably arise from the platform. However, this issue has been resolved in the past year, as they are proactively working with me when I do have an issue and keep in touch to ensure additional ones on the horizon can be avoided.

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stagnant inventory used to be a real problem. However, with some training and expertise with their team, this is a problem of the past. I can effectively sort through and identify what is not selling as well as have adjustments to the market reduce the pricing automatically.

The EVP platform works very well and is very configurable.  Once set up, it can run seamlessly and is very intuitive for skilled users.  It is available in both a web and desktop interface.

The timing of upgrades and releases can be frustrating.  The company is trying to work on the web UI, but the desktop UI is needed for a lot of shop-floor mistake fixes.  A quicker turnaround on bug fixes would help us out on the operations side of the business.

The EVP software is very robust - tons of capabilities are present through setup and configuration.  When a feature is needed that doesn't currently exist in EVP, the team is quick to either design a work-around or add the feature.

The biggest downfall actually aligns with the biggest strength - with great capability and flexibility comes a lot of depth of product - which also means it can be difficult to find what you are looking for.  Support is good though, which nicely balances this "issue"

Easily integrate with new marketplace platforms (amazon 3P, shopify etc) and manage inventory and business rules by channel.  Simplies integration to the ERP and the platform can also manage price rules, 3rd party fulfillment etc.

Etail is a small private company whose team is well versed in popular sales channels like Amazon, Walmart and eBay. Etail can resolve system issues quickly that would otherwise take several weeks for those same issues to be resolved directly by sales channels. With unparalleled competitive advantages in workflow efficiency, responsiveness, and process excellence, the platform appeals greatly to brands and retailers seeking solid partnerships to rapidly scale their B2B/D2C business. The system is highly configurable, which enables the implementation of "smart automation" to handle all sorts of fulfillment scenarios. Etail excels at normalizing operational differences across sales channels, which is critical to managing multichannel operations or brands offering omnichannel experience. The team at Etail is dedicated and very easy to work with. 

Etail played a crucial role in overcoming challenges with legacy ERP. My most remarkable success story with Etail was activating a B2B-only business in global D2C marketplaces. Using EVP, dozens of sales channels went live in multiple countries in less than a year.  It was truly a bespoke experience.

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

For its agility excellence, Etail does little to keep up with updating documentation. The system focuses heavily on features and functionality; consequently, its user interface is not always intuitive for end users. A lack of automated regression tests may potentially contribute to system instability after build updates. And the detriment of developers ignoring (not handling) edge cases is real. Nonetheless, I can always discuss these concerns with my customer success manager. The general vibe is, "we are in this together; we will figure this out together."

**What problems is Etail Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With dozen of sales channels and each has its admin portal, managing operations becomes a chore with significant overhead. Etail solves this problem by normalizing all workflows and having all transactional data accessible in EVP. 

Etail also helps strengthen profit margin by repricing listings against competition using proprietary calculations. This feature allows businesses to protect their P&L, and it is, by far, one of the most powerful features of EVP that is not often seen on other platforms.

It is nice to have a remote system that you can access in any computer not mattering where you are. Reseting password is easy and support is very friendly. Each user is able to customize the system plataform  with the tabs, columns, colors, etc that he uses or likes the most. 

**What do you dislike about Etail Solutions?**

EVP or Etail updates are mostly done during our business hours. The option to program system changes during graveyard shifts is almost not possible. Data is sometimes not reliable because reports are not correctly programed. There are functions / reports / buttons that we do not knowhow or for what are they used for. It has been difficult to upload / dowload data due to time zone differences or due to cut off times. 

**Recommendations to others considering Etail Solutions:**

Have a power user or someone always learning more about this program. Users should have two monitors simultaneously so they can have EVP or Etail in one screen and the other systems in the other screen. Read or watch tutorials, it helps a lot to understand functionability.

We are unifing all of our marketplaces clients in one data base. All catalog, sales and supply can be on the same system. ERP integration with all our data sources and shipping carriers. Searching orders by name / PO / Order # is great, however address or phone search could be implemented in the near future so our customer service agents can locate orders faster.
