What do you like best about ESW?

Getting back to the impact of globalization on ESW, it should be noted that for our DTC business, it has been positive. They have fast and effectively delivered value proposition allowing us to quickly and effectively move into new markets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ESW?

We have certain brand guidelines for the client experience, and unfortunately, none of the features in ESW which can be tweaked are not very customizable in terms of language and currencies only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ESW?

I was first attracted to utilizing ESW due to the fact that it helped lessen workload and the amount of vendors I had to work with. The ability to get carbon-neutral shipping is useful for improving sustainability stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ESW?

The integrated marketing tools seemed somewhat less flexible than the marketing automation platform we had used before. This has made us to integrate a solution using ESW and another platform to meet the desired outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
