They have fast and effectively delivered value proposition allowing us to quickly and effectively move into new markets. **What do you dislike about ESW?** We have certain brand guidelines for the client experience, and unfortunately, none of the features in ESW which can be tweaked are not very customizable in terms of language and currencies only. **What problems is ESW solving and how is that benefiting you?** ESW has effectively managed international business for us, thereby handling the issues of international trade. They have the knowledge about compliance, supply chain, and customer support issues which allows our company to focus on research, development, and advertising. ### 2. The ability to get carbon-neutral shipping is useful for improving sustainability stands out. **What do you dislike about ESW?** The integrated marketing tools seemed somewhat less flexible than the marketing automation platform we had used before. This has made us to integrate a solution using ESW and another platform to meet the desired outcome. **What problems is ESW solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cards have accepted ESW and have reduce our back-end problem of having many vendors. I often buy things internationally and its hard to see what the cost would be directly.
