Using Epic, I was able to see all the information when it comes to patient records. It also provides good management of patient medications and prescriptions, and it gives me the opportunity to also verify insurance eligibility while scheduling. All that I need is in EPIC, I can also see patient referral and faxed them using EPIC. Another thing that I love is that EPIC is already with MyChart which has given me the opportunity by letting them know about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Epic? One thing I don’t really love is that, at times, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features and navigation options. EPIC is very good and reliable overall, but improving and simplifying certain workflows could make some tasks faster and easier for us. Also, the price feels a little high. Epic has help us by keeping everything organized in one place and electronically, making tasks easier and more efficient. It saves time because it is faster than having to use paper to scheduler appt and checking patients in.
