&lt;p&gt;I&#39;m curious to hear from others. Are multilingual chatbots mostly being used on the customer service side, or have you seen them drive real impact in marketing campaigns, too? I could see tools like Simplified being stronger for the marketing use case, but I’m not sure how widely that’s adopted.&lt;/p&gt;
