What do you dislike about Enterpryze?
- The whole UX on website and on mobile is basically not there, the whole screen is squeezed and we are navigating based on memory instead. even after trying to adjust multiple times of the zoom on the browser, we can only see full details when zoom to about 30%? which is too small and why will anyone design this. (plus we keep getting logged out even though we clicked stay logged in).
- The mobile apps are not stable as well and keeps crashing and having to re-login also.
so let's go into detail to the desktop experience, first besides having alot of UX issues, especially in the Stock take where we view all our available stock with costing. Where you expect a simple page with existing stocks and product name and quantity with costing. but you cant adjust or see the full column, often leaving alot of our product items name cut out and we have to go to other means to find out what the product detail is related to the product code. they have alot of useless column instead, which we can't remove and taking up space.
On top of this, they have alot of hiccups/bugs in their system calculations. our item costing contains error for at least a handful of products, which can't be explained or rectified. To be honest, i have never seen/experience worse support service than theirs, as they reply as and when they want.Ffor the problem that i raised to them, they are unable to rectified and unable to tell me why it happen and decided to ignore me. (I have all the email screenshots and i am more than happy to share if people wants to see.) My problem have been reported for closed to 4 months i think? but they have not solved it until now. and they are not able to give me any explanations as to why the glitch happened. My product in purchase invoice is only e.g. $10-$11. but the item costing shown in the software is $90. which is ridiculously wrong. and we have not got to those items that may have slight few dollars that we didn't notice. so we have revert back to our old excel offline copy for reference again. so what is to say about this online software that supposed to bring higher efficiency in our work?
only few times that the support have been swift but bulk of the time, they are almost not responsive if it is a little more complicated issue. and you have to keep chasing to get an answer which cause us to have very very frustrating mood.
we are definitely changing it once the one year is up. proceed with cautious if you are thinking to use this in singapore. you have nobody to call or complain except emailing, while they also will just ignore.
[Update]
New and more indepth tech support from SAP1 (which enterpryze is based on) finally gotten and found out the answer to why the glitch happened. in summary, it is due to SAP1 method of calculation and some steps have to be taken to prevent the wrong calculation from happening again. As to knowing how it happened, we can finally stop it. However, it has been a really long and tedious process to finally understand. Steps are taught and helped in rectifying the errors. but for the UX issues on desktop browser still stands and same for the mobile experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
