## About Emergency Reporting
At Emergency Reporting (ER), our mission is to empower first responders worldwide with fast and easy-to-use technology that provides the data needed to keep themselves and their communities safe. Our Records Management and Reporting Software act as the centralized ecosystem that powers an agency’s entire operation, from training and events to incident reporting and compliance, to real-time analytics and performance feedback through data. As the pioneer in cloud-based EMS and fire software, ER has always been the smarter way forward for the Fire Service while also managing to be the most user-friendly solution available. Since 2003, we’ve proudly supported over 750,000 first responders through this mission worldwide – including DoD/military installations and large entities such as NASA, nuclear power plants, and hospitals. ## Emergency Reporting Reviews
  ### 1. Great Integrated Incident System - lacking for Inspection Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy S. | Public Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Emergency Reporting?**

The best part of ER is how FAST it is. Reports load in moments - something that used to take hours in our old system for large reports. It is a modern design and is fairly intuitive. It integrates with several other systems we use and the customer service is available.

**What do you dislike about Emergency Reporting?**

The most disappointing part about ER is the Inspection software side. We used the InspectER app for just a little while before the errors were so often they eventually took the whole app down. We continued to pay for months under the promise it'd be back up and running and, to my knowledge, it still isn't. We got reimbursed for the app during the time we couldn't use it, but we really were looking for a mobile solution to field inspections and so we are disappointed that that option just isn't there right now. The occupancy module leaves something to be desired.
Also, it doesn't support +1 codes.

**Recommendations to others considering Emergency Reporting:**

1. Determine that it will integrate with your CAD system.
2. Figure out what YOU need for your occupancy/inspection side and really work with the sales staff to see if it is something they can offer.
3. Take advantage of integrating other platforms like target solutions, etc.
4. Move your processes over to ER - give your staff a one-stop place to log training, inspections, incidents, etc.

**What problems is Emergency Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ER solves the problem of having our incidents, reporting capabilities, and occupancies in the same place. It has a lot of potential for running good data, if you have good data to put in. It also have a cool beta side that you can get a lot out of if you put the information into it, and the build in graphics are great. Finding and sending out incident reports and the like is a breeze. Searching for incidents is fast. And, like I mentioned before, it's the fasting report pulling I've exprienced.

  ### 2. Volunteer Fire Co. Review of Emergency Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward M. | Director of Training and Education, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Emergency Reporting?**

The responsiveness of the tech support when needed although rarely needed. The product works all of the time, no time out issues etc.

**What do you dislike about Emergency Reporting?**

The fact that calendar drop downs and time started time ended are not used throughout the system. It would make life much easier if they were.

**What problems is Emergency Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking staff hours for events other than emergencies and training has been useful in showing local government how good they have it with a volunteer work force.

  ### 3. Solid and simple to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Emergency Reporting?**

Ability to build rosters, shifts, frequently dispatched locations, map grids

**What do you dislike about Emergency Reporting?**

User management and admin roles are a bit clunky, but easy to figure out with some finagling.

**What problems is Emergency Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with NFIRS requirements
