This is a great tool when collaborating with friends and colleagues through the web as all changes in a document are updated in real time and everybody working on that project can track changes and updates. The biggest problem in this software that is eBridge Document Management is an expensive software so most of the companies cannot easily afford this software and it's also difficult to understand all its features because it is the new product in the market. eBridge Document Management is not so intuitive when we use it in our day to day work. The inability to share individual documents to non-registered users for editing. But this is very useful for our business because it is the best cloud storage software. The best thing about eBridge is that is it a cloud-based or web-based document management platform which makes storing and accessing any type of documentation or information extremely easy. The interface is very clean and straightforward (no fluff in the layout, only what is necessary is included) and takes no time at all to become familiar with how to properly navigate and access documents. Another great feature is that eBridge offers a decent security system based on user specific access granted at the time of account creation which can be altered as needed at any time. They provide a plethora of categories for storing different types of data which is fantastic and helps get information organized, you can also search for documentation by the specific date it was uploaded, which is key for professionals in the healthcare setting. There isn't much that eBridge does wrong. While I will say that being web-based is an advantage most of the time, it can also be a disadvantage if you are working in an environment where you do not have access to the web then you are limited in what you can do in terms of uploading or viewing documentation. When new users being using it to access documentation, they often times struggle with understanding how they can search for specific documents, for example if they need to use a first name or last name of a patient or if there are other key words/dates they need to use; it would be nice if they provided a brief caption or legend to provide additional information and breakdown the different ways eBridge searches through stored documentation. I also don't understand why, but when searching more than one word you have to separate both words with an "and" between them based on how the engine runs through documentation to identify these key words.
