What do you like best about eBA Transactional ECM?

Business is based on workflows, but not all of them are automated or efficient. eBA ECM integrates people, data, and process. eBA is a low-code or no-code business process automation platform. While workflow management digitizes all business processes, document management can manage your organization’s digital content all over its lifecycle; from creation to retrieval, collaboration and contribution, saving, and archiving. What do you dislike about eBA Transactional ECM?

The interface could have been more modern like that of other competitors. On the development side, there can be more flexibility. If these opportunities are provided, it will be perfect among its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering eBA Transactional ECM:

Before implementing a workflow tool like eBA ECM, I recommend first analyzing and optimizing the candidate processes. Review the candidate business processes' steps and reduces bureaucracy.

Before implementing a document management tool, first of all, discover your document types, structures and RACI chart of them. Document RACI sould be like that; Who create and develop the document is responsible, who approve document is accountable, who review or give advise is consultant and finally who has to be informed about document release is informed. What problems is eBA Transactional ECM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Document and Record the whole lifecycle is digitilized by eBA ECM document management module. All administrative processes, all approval processes, and some ERP processes are digilizied by eBA ECM workflow management module. We managed it all as a program and every document group and every single process are implemented with agile project management sprint as a part of this program.
