"Effortless Reservations, Exceptionally User-Friendly"
What do you like best about Eat App?

I love how Eat App has eliminated the need for phone calls for restaurant reservations, streamlining the booking process significantly. The app's ability to track customers makes managing reservations straightforward, offering valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. I find the ease of use and setup exceptionally rewarding, as it's straightforward and intuitive, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. Rating it a 10 out of 10 for setup ease further emphasizes its user-friendly nature. Additionally, I appreciate its user-friendly design, which makes navigation and daily operations effortless. "Effective Restaurant Management with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Eat App?

I appreciate Eat App's user-friendly interface, which isn't confusing for new users. Although it may not be flashy or creative in design, it is highly comprehensible, and I could get accustomed to all its categories and buttons in about 20 minutes. I also admire the efficiency and helpfulness of the account managers. They were able to resolve an urgent issue quickly, even though I didn't have an account before. Their willingness to assist promptly and effectively without prior setups showcases outstanding customer service. Moreover, the ease of training new staff to use Eat App is a notable advantage, as it takes only a few days for them to be fully operational, which is crucial for our multiple restaurant chains. Overall, we have consistently used Eat App across our venues and find it the most utilized and straightforward to implement in training employees, which strongly convinces me to rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendations. What do you dislike about Eat App?

I think support can be more communicative when issues arise. When I try to get issues fixed, the support team usually leaves after 5-10 minutes, which isn't enough time for me to resolve the issue. This forces me to start another conversation with them, or else the session closes down. While it might be considered a minor issue, it's nonetheless inconvenient. "Streamlines Reservations with Quick Support"
What do you like best about Eat App?

I love the ease of use that Eat App provides, making the process of restaurant reservations incredibly straightforward and efficient. I appreciate the quick support from the team, which ensures that any issues I encounter are addressed promptly, enhancing the overall experience. The initial setup of Eat App was very easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle. I find the integration capabilities of Eat App valuable, as I can seamlessly connect it with other tools like Stripe, Telr, and HubSpot, which supports my workflow and enhances operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

I find the back-end user interface and admin section of Eat App to be less user-friendly. The layout feels jumbled, making it challenging to navigate and manage efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Perspective (3‑Year Corporate Experience Across 10 Restaurants)"
What do you like best about Eat App?

've been running multiple venues remotely thanks to Eat App — it delivers powerful visibility, automation, and control that a hospitality group really needs. On any mobile device, I can see booked covers, shift patterns, no‑shows, and waitlists in real time. Their AI‑driven seating logic helps maximize table turns across even complex floor plans, so we fill more seats intelligently.

Their reporting dashboard is particularly helpful — I can slice data by location, shift, guest spend, or marketing channel. These insights guide our operational decisions and boost revenue-per-cover. The layered guest CRM and tagging allow personalized hospitality: we can automate birthday messages, identify VIPs, and refine promotions for different segments.

From my vantage point, the full package (Enterprise) gives you absolute control over a multi-venue operation — seamless integrations, unlimited messaging, and advanced automation. But the Pro (medium) plan isn’t to be underestimated: it packs most operational power at a more accessible price point, especially for businesses scaling up.

In summary, Eat App has been a game‑changer for managing multiple restaurants on autopilot. Their Pro package offers exceptional value for fast-growing operations that need CRM, automation, and multi-channel bookings. And the Enterprise tier delivers the ultimate toolkit for larger groups requiring full integration, unlimited messaging, and complete reporting control.

Having used it day in and day out, I can confidently say: Eat App makes remote restaurant management feel effortless, insightful, and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Platform by Far!"
What do you like best about Eat App?

EatApp as a system is excellent, reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. But what truly sets them apart is their incredible team. They are highly professional, always ready to help, and consistently supportive.

We really appreciate the ongoing training they provide and their commitment to continuously improving the system. It’s clear they listen to feedback and genuinely care about helping restaurants succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

The email campaign tool is still a bit of a challenge for me, but I really appreciate the updates and improvements EatApp has made to make it easier for restaurants to use. It’s clear they’re listening to feedback and working to make the platform more intuitive and effective. Looking forward to seeing it evolve even further! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We have been using for one year and highly recommend EatApp"
What do you like best about Eat App?

Improved booking efficiency: It allows guests to book our restaurants directly and receive instant confirmation, streamlining the reservation process.

Centralised CRM: We appreciate the ability to track guest data, dining habits, and repeat visits. The CRM is also useful for email campaigns and WhatsApp marketing blasts.

Intuitive and user-friendly system: The platform is easy to navigate and implement across our team.

Measurable business growth: We can now track restaurant booking growth, which has been valuable in justifying our F&B marketing campaigns.

Proactive support team: We particularly value Hind and the support team for their responsiveness. Unlike typical support systems, they engage with us directly, including conference calls to guide us on how to maximise EatApp’s features.

Competitive offering: After comparing with other vendors like TableCheck and SevenRooms, we found EatApp to be diverse in its features and competitively priced. While SevenRooms offers similar features, it comes at a much higher cost and less frequent sales engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

WhatsApp confirmation integration: I wish the confirmation process included WhatsApp in addition to email. Currently, WhatsApp messaging is limited and requires purchasing extra credits, which might be due to Meta’s policies but is still an area for improvement.

Better source tracking: The tracking of booking sources is not fully accurate yet. It would be helpful if EatApp could better trace engagement from specific campaigns (e.g., Instagram or WhatsApp) to more clearly identify where guests are interacting with us. "Good for communicating with customers"
What do you like best about Eat App?

It's a good way to communicate with customers, both at the time of booking and for keeping in touch afterwards. technical support has always responded quickly whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

It's fairly simple to use. Amending an existing email template and 'Saving As' another template would be helpful, rather than having to start again to create a new template. So, opening your latest email template, Mother's day email, for example. Then making changes and saving as fathers day template. That way, you could reuse mulitple similar looking templates rather than having to start from scratch each time, or overwrite your old design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best so far"
What do you like best about Eat App?

After fiddling around with other booking management systems eat app is one of the best I’ve used. It is easy to use and with its simple design easy to visualise table utilisation and turnover times. One of the best features is its online booking ability with multiple links and pacing ability to allow customers to book themselves in without messing the order of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

Only down side is lack of text messages customers revive as only allows a few per month so often have customers calling to confirm bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
