The integrations such as google are really nice for bringing in some extra bookings but more control over the settings would be nice. **What do you dislike about Eat App?** Sometimes loading bookings can be quite slow but is generally fine. The AI feels like it's been integrated for the sake of it and doesn't actually provide anything. **What problems is Eat App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes managing our bookings and creating bookings easier for our junior staff. The workload on the kitchen is more spread out. Use the search bar to look up the reservation — you can search by guest name, phone number, or date. Click on the reservation to view details (guest info, table, time, special requests, etc.). **What problems is Eat App solving and how is that benefiting you?** verbooking and lost reservations – keeps all bookings in one digital system, avoiding manual errors. Table and floor management issues – provides real-time table availability and optimizes seating. Lack of guest data – stores guest history, preferences, and visit frequency for better service. Cancellations and no-shows – uses automatic confirmations and reminders to reduce them. Inefficient communication – sends SMS/email confirmations and allows quick updates. ### 7.
