I appreciate Eat App's user-friendly interface, which isn't confusing for new users. Although it may not be flashy or creative in design, it is highly comprehensible, and I could get accustomed to all its categories and buttons in about 20 minutes. I also admire the efficiency and helpfulness of the account managers. They were able to resolve an urgent issue quickly, even though I didn't have an account before. Their willingness to assist promptly and effectively without prior setups showcases outstanding customer service. Moreover, the ease of training new staff to use Eat App is a notable advantage, as it takes only a few days for them to be fully operational, which is crucial for our multiple restaurant chains. Overall, we have consistently used Eat App across our venues and find it the most utilized and straightforward to implement in training employees, which strongly convinces me to rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendations. When I try to get issues fixed, the support team usually leaves after 5-10 minutes, which isn't enough time for me to resolve the issue. This forces me to start another conversation with them, or else the session closes down. While it might be considered a minor issue, it's nonetheless inconvenient.
