**What do you like best about Dynamic?**

Does what you need - customizations are available, which was great to get the CRM to do what the company needed it to.   Reporting is better than other CRM's I have used. Once you get used to Dynamics, it can be a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Dynamic?**

Clunky- needs a good facelift. Not as sleek and user friendly as other CRM's like SFDC and nutshell.

**What problems is Dynamic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping a company with renewals. The reporting was better than other CRM's I have used. It works well for different departments to communicate with each other on a single account/opportunity.

**What do you like best about Dynamic?**

I like that it autosaves. Pretty easy to navigate after, you've gotten the hang of it. Not a ton of need for info redundancies across account and opportunities and tass creation which is nice

**What do you dislike about Dynamic?**

As an end user and not an admin, I want to be able to easily pull reports and info from my accounts - this is not intuitive. Really, the whole system isn't that intuitive - takes a while to get up to sped. I still have to store information on a Google Doc for a quick look at the most important info about my accounts. This is not set-up for account management.

UI is ugly and clunky. In this day and age, it really needs an update.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamic:**

It's a solid CRM, and one of the better CRMs I've used, but it has a long way to go to be truly intuitive and operate with a pretty UI. Also, it doesn't integrate with as many systems as Salesforce which can make a big difference if you're using several different software programs to run your sales, marketing, support, and PM projects.

**What problems is Dynamic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Info visibility on accounts between account managers, sales, PMs, and finance. Definitely a large improvement on that front from where we ere before.
