One of the biggest advantages of Drumroll is how easy it is for our installers to ask for reviews at the exact right moment—immediately after a successful install. Each installer carries a Drumroll tap card that allows the customer to instantly access the review link by tapping it to their phone. There’s no searching, texting links, or follow-up emails required, which makes the process feel natural and convenient for the customer.
What’s most helpful is the built-in tracking at the employee level. Each installer has their own card, so reviews are automatically attributed to the correct team member. As an employer, this gives us clear visibility into who is generating reviews and how often, without needing manual tracking. It creates accountability while also making it easy to reward employees for gathering reviews.
Implementation was extremely easy. Drumroll integrated seamlessly into our existing install process with very little training required, and our team adopted it quickly. We now use it every day as part of our normal workflow. Customer support has also been excellent—responsive, helpful, and proactive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance.
The biggest upsides are efficiency, transparency, and motivation. Drumroll turns review collection into a natural part of the install instead of an afterthought. Because reviews are tied to individual installers, we’re able to offer performance-based payouts for reviews gathered, which motivates the team and encourages consistent participation. At the same time, customers get a simple, frictionless way to leave feedback while the experience is still fresh. It’s a win for the customer, the installer, and the business. There honestly isn’t anything we dislike about the platform so far. If I had to note something, it would be that as the product continues to grow, we’re excited to see even more advanced reporting and customization options added over time—but what’s currently available already meets our needs well.
