There’s no searching, texting links, or follow-up emails required, which makes the process feel natural and convenient for the customer. What’s most helpful is the built-in tracking at the employee level. Each installer has their own card, so reviews are automatically attributed to the correct team member. As an employer, this gives us clear visibility into who is generating reviews and how often, without needing manual tracking. It creates accountability while also making it easy to reward employees for gathering reviews. Implementation was extremely easy. Drumroll integrated seamlessly into our existing install process with very little training required, and our team adopted it quickly. We now use it every day as part of our normal workflow.
