Studio Enterprise has a great capacity to capture, store, utilize, and report on very customized data. We have intricate needs as an organization, and there are ways to customize this platform for our needs to capture the data necessary to process donations and to note and view historical transactions and communications with donors, missionaries, and churches. DonorDirect has not published any training videos for StudioEnterprise. In order to learn the system, DonorDirect recommends a few options: 1. new users attend the once-a-year training Bootcamp ($600 + Travel/Lodging), 2. Create your own videos for new users, 3. Hire DonorDirect for onsite one-on-one training. DonorDirect is great about having web-based calls to talk through questions and features, but having videos available would increase clarity, usability, and efficiency for the client and DonorDirect while allowing new hires and veteran staff the confidence to use the software without constant need for helpdesk tickets and calls.
