# Which last-mile delivery providers are most trusted based on user reviews from teams with similar workflows?

Hi G2 community, trust in a last-mile delivery provider is easier to judge when the feedback comes from people running similar routes, fleets, warehouses, and dispatch operations. The most useful signals are accurate tracking, dependable proof of delivery, manageable daily workflows, and support that responds when something goes wrong.

A few options from the G2 Last Mile Delivery Grid report came through clearly in reviews from operations and logistics teams:

Elite EXTRA: Warehouse, dispatch, and parts managers trust its live driver map, projected arrival times, historical delivery records, and proof of delivery. The dispatch screen can initially feel busy, but reviewers say support and onboarding make it easier to adopt.

Locus: Operations teams point to responsive support, dynamic route planning, customer mapping, integrations, and ETA updates. It appears especially useful for complex distribution networks, although pricing, configuration, and custom development timelines deserve closer evaluation.

LogiNext Mile: Reviewers use it to coordinate route planning, auto-assignment, courier partners, electronic proof of delivery, and real-time tracking. Some teams report that custom changes take time and that live visibility can weaken in areas with unstable connectivity.

Paragon Route 360: Logistics and transport leaders value its ability to model delivery schedules and account for vehicle capacity, timing rules, and changing requirements. It handles high route volumes, though new users may need time to understand its more advanced controls.

Zeo Route Planner: Smaller delivery teams describe more predictable routes, less backtracking, and lower fuel or overtime costs. There is an initial learning period, and local road restrictions are not always captured, but reviewers say it becomes part of the daily routine.

For teams with comparable delivery volumes, did trust come from accurate ETAs, reliable proof of delivery, or how quickly the provider fixed operational issues? Which platform continued to perform once route volume and delivery rules became more complicated?

Reliable proof of delivery would build trust fastest for me because it gives dispatchers something concrete when a customer disputes a delivery or an operational issue needs investigating. As route volume grows, I’d also watch whether ETA accuracy and live visibility remain dependable rather than creating more exceptions for the team to investigate manually.
