**What do you like best about Deliverr?**

The easyness of integration with shopify. It is directly linked to the products and inventory. It is important to remark that it hsa changes from shopify to Flexport seamlelssly

**What do you dislike about Deliverr?**

The complications with the inbound necessities and the lack of attention for billing fees. I was struggling with some extra fees on preparing inbounds and my account manager was not able to do nothing.

**What problems is Deliverr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reducing cost for outbound.
integration seamless to a network of multiwarehouses
standarize inbound creations
we are more productive because we have all of that in one platform

**What do you like best about Deliverr?**

Deliverr has a distributed network of warehouses with a centralized panel control to fulfill your client's orders. They have decent rates, a quick customer support team and a good API.

**What do you dislike about Deliverr?**

The rates they promised on their sales pitch were never close to reality. In our case inbound shipments particularly are much more expensive than on FBA. Deliverr lacks many obvious reports (e.g.: you only know which units are available but if they're moving inventory between their warehouses there is no report that gives you that information, resulting in poor visibility of your inventory). Also, we have had a lot of inventory lost at their warehouse, however, they do pay for that inventory without much hassle.

**What problems is Deliverr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a 3PL to externalize the fulfillment of our orders, and to have a better reach time over the US Market. Our warehouse is focusing on other tasks and that has been good for our business.
