Easy to use. I've been using it for 3 years now and it's very simple to navigate, you can run reports real time with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Noble?**

Noble soft phone crashes sometimes and garbled audio.

**What problems is Noble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's like a all in one product. Instead of using multiple tools to run reports, take calls, and monitor the queue, Noble does all of these things.

Pull out average handling report, personal, call recordings, date and time of the call, reset password of the agents.

**What do you dislike about Noble?**

In the past few weeks call recordings are not working, we have to download each and every calls to listen to it.

**What problems is Noble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify who on goal and outliers, once it is identified I will pull out the agent to do the necessary coaching.

Easy to navigate phone system. No need to enter codes just tag accordingly.

App crashes and we experience a lot of garbled audio.

The use of an integrated phone system.
Less tools to use it's an all in one package.

It is easy to navigate and easy to use. It will only take few time to set it up.

The error messages we're getting. Sometimes it wil stop working.

Noble is the best in connecting with the customer/merchant or departments you must be associated with.  It is easy to use, and there were no issues with it. Thank you Noble!

Everything with Noble is fantastic, it comes with user-friendly buttons, and usage is not hard to understand. You could be able to use the software without any problems

I haven't encountered any issues or problems using the Noble System Software. It benefited me in doing my tasks. I highly recommend using this software because it is so helpful!

Noble is easy to use and understand. I really like that it is very easy to use and theres a lot of features that you use.

I like everything about noble. However sometimes the callback status is not working.
