What do you like best about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?

We use ICustoms to submit export declarations so we can easy the proccess of delivering our orders to customers abroad. Whilts it took us a great deal of time to learn and navigate the platform, we are now confident and familiar with the system and we can manage our customs making incredible savings in admin time

What do you dislike about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?

ICustoms could make improvements by creating better handbooks or written guides so the users can solve problems witout needing to wait for the customer support team to contact them. ICustoms sofware may need to keep delveping their platform so the user can gain efficiencies in the process of submitting customs paperwork. Saying this, ICustoms is always open to suggestions from users on how to improve the customers experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to source our customs services via third parties. Now we do our own customs inhouse and have control of the procecess from the beggining to the end, this has benefit us in terms of making savings in admin time and eliminating the fees we've used to pay to other parties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
