I used MyUS when I resided in both Kazakhstan and Vietnam at the same time. Their service is excellent. They had the necessary documents to ship my packages from the US to both countries. I never had any issues in either country. In Kazakhstan, I had MyUS ship with either UPS or DHL. Packages came on time. No issues with customs In Vietnam, it was slower, but not due to MyUS. I still received the packages. Support was very good. They would message immediately, remove items when required, etc. It was prompt. They were also to remove some boxes to lighten the shipment. Overall, I am happy with MyUS.

I made a free account back in 2018 and never used it. MyUS cancelled that account because it is not active. Today, I registered on the platform again as a free user. Shockingly, they withdrew $133 from my PayPal account claiming that I have an outstanding amount from 2018, even though I registered as a free user and never used their service. I tried to explain the situation to their customer service and requested an explanation of how this amount accumulated without sending me any emails or messages since 2018. In addition, how can I be registered as a paying user without setting a payment method back in 2018? As soon as I put my PayPal account, the amount was withdrawn from my card without any notification and now they are refusing to refund it. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF
