ICUSTOMS AI’s platform is forward-thinking, with their IDP module clearly standing out as head and shoulders above anything else currently on the market. While our clients ultimately looked for a more traditional approach, we saw firsthand the sophistication and potential in ICUSTOMS’ tech. The ICS2 module is another area that’s promising — especially as enforcement deadlines approach. Haroon and the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and open to collaboration. While the IDP module is clearly ahead of its time in terms of technology and innovation, some of our clients found the interface and workflow unfamiliar compared to more traditional systems. This occasionally led to hesitation in adoption. That said, the iCustoms team was receptive to feedback and willing to explore ways to tailor the experience. The IDP module significantly reduced manual data entry and document handling, streamlining workflows that are typically admin-heavy. Their ICS2 module positions us well for evolving EU compliance, and their automation features help reduce errors and speed up declaration processing. We use ICustoms to submit export declarations so we can easy the proccess of delivering our orders to customers abroad. Whilts it took us a great deal of time to learn and navigate the platform, we are now confident and familiar with the system and we can manage our customs making incredible savings in admin time The ICustoms team have been very diligent in providing trainning and support when we need it and they have also provided a personalized service to us. ICustoms could make improvements by creating better handbooks or written guides so the users can solve problems witout needing to wait for the customer support team to contact them. ICustoms sofware may need to keep delveping their platform so the user can gain efficiencies in the process of submitting customs paperwork.
