LoadProof runs on any mobile device, so it does typically require the user to manually snap photos, which can add up to a bit of time throughout the day, but the benefits of having a "Load-Proofed" load far outweight this small overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having incorporated Load proof into our process has unabled us to effectively submit claims, provide information to both our internal department as well as our customers, brokers and 3PL (third party logistics) partners. The thousands of fees and damaged product recovered thanks to Load Proof has more than paid for the subscriiption itself. Not to mention, the ease in navigating when using the application. Material Handlers are able to download the application into their phones and with the simple touch of a button, capture the quality of the picture. The website itself is very simple to use as well, for looking up photos of shipments. As an administrator user, I can easily navigate to any adjust a need to make to our account, such as, adding or deleting users. I would strongly recommend this software to any business in the "Logistics" world. This definitely saves a lot of headaches and frustrations with both Incoming and Outgoing shipments. When dealing with consumer products that can become easily damaged upon loading or in transit, LoadProof is an invaluable resource. In the current climate of supply chain with longer than expected lead times for items, customers expect high quaility material upon delivery. LoadProof helps ensure loading accuracy and quality upon leaving the warehouse/distribution center. It provides that last line a defense when receiving claims from unhappy customers that what they received was damaged or incorrect. There have been countless instances where LoadProof helped our customer save money on damage claims, mis-shipments, trailer numbers, and manhours associated with rework for outbound orders and inbound orders. At our facility, we use LoadProof for our outbound flatbed loading and offloading inbound rail cars. We handle drywall which can become easily damaged when handled multiple times. The ability to take both videos and pictures gives the user flexibility when documenting and uploading order information. The application is very user friendly and therefore easy to implelment and integrate within current processes. The picture and video quality can be grainy. When using LoadProof on a tablet or smartphone/mobile device, hold it steady and do not make quick movements to avoid low quality images. Adequate WiFi/cellular connection to avoid upload issues. There have been instances due to poor service that we have been unable to take videos and pictures of material we have loaded/unloaded. We implemented LoadProof to help drive accountability between us and our customer. We were frequently getting rejections back from the customer and we were positive the damage was happening at the customer's site. We implemented LoadProof and started taking pictures of every single outgoing shipment to the customer with each product labeled uniquely. This tool has been great for not only providing photos of inbound discrepencies but also for providing photos of outbound shipments when carriers are attempting to file claims. The system lags a lot. There is no way to download previous years pictures to an external drive for record keeping. Quality of pictures is not the same as the device taking the pictures. We use this to verify shipments and a lot of the time pictures are too pixelated to read the printed tags on boxes when issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
