What do you like best about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?

ICUSTOMS AI’s platform is forward-thinking, with their IDP module clearly standing out as head and shoulders above anything else currently on the market. While our clients ultimately looked for a more traditional approach, we saw firsthand the sophistication and potential in ICUSTOMS’ tech. The ICS2 module is another area that’s promising — especially as enforcement deadlines approach. Haroon and the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and open to collaboration. What do you dislike about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?

While the IDP module is clearly ahead of its time in terms of technology and innovation, some of our clients found the interface and workflow unfamiliar compared to more traditional systems. This occasionally led to hesitation in adoption. That said, the iCustoms team was receptive to feedback and willing to explore ways to tailor the experience. iCustoms is helping bridge the gap between traditional customs clearance processes and modern digital solutions. The IDP module significantly reduced manual data entry and document handling, streamlining workflows that are typically admin-heavy. Their ICS2 module positions us well for evolving EU compliance, and their automation features help reduce errors and speed up declaration processing.
