Their service is excellent. They had the necessary documents to ship my packages from the US to both countries. I never had any issues in either country. In Kazakhstan, I had MyUS ship with either UPS or DHL. Packages came on time. No issues with customs In Vietnam, it was slower, but not due to MyUS. I still received the packages. Support was very good. They would message immediately, remove items when required, etc. It was prompt. They were also to remove some boxes to lighten the shipment. Overall, I am happy with MyUS. **What do you dislike about MyUS?** I wish there was a way that MyUS can ship back items not allowed for shipment. For example, I had a bottle that contained a corrosive. It had to be removed, but I am not sure what happens to these items. **What problems is MyUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting my packages shipped aggregated as one larger package to speed up custom processing when it reaches the destination. This helps cut down on all my paperwork. ### 2. It is a scam. MyUS cancelled that account because it is not active. Today, I registered on the platform again as a free user. Shockingly, they withdrew $133 from my PayPal account claiming that I have an outstanding amount from 2018, even though I registered as a free user and never used their service. I tried to explain the situation to their customer service and requested an explanation of how this amount accumulated without sending me any emails or messages since 2018. In addition, how can I be registered as a paying user without setting a payment method back in 2018? As soon as I put my PayPal account, the amount was withdrawn from my card without any notification and now they are refusing to refund it. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF **What do you dislike about MyUS?** Their customer service, they are scammers and theives. **What problems is MyUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** They don't solve anything, they just steal from you ### 3. You contact with staff to discuss any problems is difficult to do promptly. Their WhatsApp response is slow. They hardly respond to emails on time. **What problems is MyUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used them as my freight forwarders from the US to Nigeria. ### 4. Being based in East Africa, shopping from the US couldn’t be easier since discovering MyUS. I like that MyUS actually allocates you a physical address when shopping online in the US where you direct your purchases for them to ship to you. Some websites like Amazon have restrictions on international shopping of some items to some areas and MyUS helps though their personal shopper program to shop on your behalf. I also like that MyUS bases its shipping costs on weight alone regardless of package size and count upto 80 inches linear dimensions. MyUS is easy to use, straightforward and reliable. **What do you dislike about MyUS?** MyUS needs to be more transparent about their shipping rates. Although they state clearly that the rates are based solely on weight alone, their limitation to oversized and pelletized packages greater than 80inches which are charged on dimensional weight has only been indicated in a disclaimer and not clearly pointed out on the website making it easy to miss out on that detail. **Recommendations to others considering MyUS:** If you are looking for a reliable shopping and shipping assistant, consider MyUS. They can be trusted to deliver and have a free basic plan for one time shoppers that can meet all your needs. **What problems is MyUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** With MyUS, we have been able to import important equipment for use in our school and for personal use that are not available locally including computers.
