Before Apunto, I had many information gaps, and now I have all the clarity and transparency for better decision-making. One area for improvement is to refine the reporting capability, as well as to make the dashboard more reader-friendly. ### 2. The advantage of using Apunto is that we can make our process more fluid and centralized; it is user-friendly and easy to use in our daily operation. **What do you dislike about Apunto?** The issue of filtering, and that we feel limited even to put special instructions in our CI, there is a certain number of characters, as well as the need for more operational areas like Pricing and quotations to be integrated, in order to have the complete flow of each shipment. **What problems is Apunto solving and how is that benefiting you?** That the reports still need a bit more development, as well as storing operator and unit documents without having to fill them in for each shipment, would be more fluid and efficient with small adjustments like those. ### 5.
