
Deeto is very user friendly, which is important when introducing a sales tool. Deeto integrates with Salesforce so our sellers do not have to leave the Opportunity record to book a reference call. I also love how easy it is for our customers to onboard as a reference and submit testimonial content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find their analytics extremely lacking. I would like to have more functionality that allows me to measure the business impact of our reference program. The Salesforce reports Deeto provides haven't really worked for me and the native insights inside the Deeto hub don't really measure revenue impact, which is the most critical for justifying your reference program.
