**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Deeto is very user friendly, which is important when introducing a sales tool. Deeto integrates with Salesforce so our sellers do not have to leave the Opportunity record to book a reference call. I also love how easy it is for our customers to onboard as a reference and submit testimonial content.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

I find their analytics extremely lacking. I would like to have more functionality that allows me to measure the business impact of our reference program. The Salesforce reports Deeto provides haven't really worked for me and the native insights inside the Deeto hub don't really measure revenue impact, which is the most critical for justifying your reference program.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto really frees up my time. I no longer need to schedule every single reference call. I can allow my sellers to handle calls on their own and I can take myself out of that process and focus on recruiting new references. I also love that Deeto has helped us scale our customer proof content. I have hundreds of user stories and quotes about our product I can use in marketing materials or microsites. Sometimes the microsites really help us deflect reference requests. Some prospects don't need a call when they have a whole site of content explaining the value of our product.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Deeto has evolved from a reliable reference tool into a powerhouse for our customer advocacy. While the recent UI update took a short period of adjustment, it was well worth it, the interface is now much more detailed and offers significantly finer-tuned reporting that gives us better visibility into our program's impact. The most impressive addition, however, has been the incorporation of AI. It has been a massive help for our team at Axero, specifically in its ability to generate high-quality customer case studies almost instantly using information already living within the platform. What used to be a manual, time-consuming content creation process is now streamlined, allowing us to turn raw data into professional success stories with ease. Even with these advanced features, they’ve maintained the stellar customer support and reliability that made us fall in love with the tool in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

Deeto has remained a wonderful integration and a core addition to our customer workflow. While it took a little bit of time to adjust to the new UI update, now that I’m used to it, the experience is wonderful and feels much more streamlined. The transition period was well worth it for the improved flow.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto makes it so easy and effortless to bring our customers together to leave reviews and act as advocates for prospects. It takes the work out of finding and organizing customers who are willing to help — whether that’s by increasing our number of reviews or by being someone we can lean on when we need an advocate to speak on behalf of Axero. It saves us time, keeps everything organized, and helps us build stronger customer relationships while boosting our credibility with prospects.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

I like how Deeto is integrated and easy to use across multiple different functions for content capture, call references, and refer a friend. Everything is just in one place. Deeto has streamlined our activation of advocates and our content capture. We gathered over 1,200 pieces of content in just three weeks. I also find it useful for elevating our advocacy program in just one system and a few quick steps. Deeto's integration with Salesforce is extremely helpful because it eliminates the need to gather extra information when people sign up, as everything is linked. The initial setup was extremely easy, and their support or success team has been phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

I have not come across anything so far. Eagerly awaiting the Slack integration but not something I dislike.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto streamlines our advocate activation and content capture, helping us gather over 1,200 pieces in three weeks. It's easy to use across functions, integrates well, and quickly identifies happy customers, elevating our advocacy program.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

The ability to filter and segment the quotes and data we get back is amazing, it really allows us to build out specific evidence and content for buyers. This is something that would have been very difficult or impossible with our old spreadsheets. 

We've been able to 10x our quotes compared to before.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

The software is still growing it seems. There are some things I would love to see that would make it easier to manage like having just 1 tag feature (vs manual & smart tags) being a big one. I'd also love if we could have more customization on content and microsites, so Product Marketing can build assets easier without needing marketing intervention.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling our customers evidence and giving us an easy to use repository for quotes, references, data, etc. 

We've been able to grow our database of quotes and data already in the first couple months. And we haven't even expanded this to most of our customers / use cases.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

I think the way Deeto allows me to engage customer champions and the clever way it has incorporated AI into the platform is the most powerful aspect I've never had from other tools. It makes it easier to build a large community of advocates, engage them automatically as strategic moments in the account lifecycle, and supply my sales team with new, impactful, and relevant customer content. I really appreciate the email campaign functionality and the onboarding user experience for customers to share their input quickly. The setup was relatively seamless, completed within about a month to six weeks following purchase. We have it integrated with Salesforce to track pipelines and allow the sales team to access it within their existing Salesforce workflows.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

There are sporadically some bugs in the platform as they've rolled out new functionality and overhauled their UI

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto is our foundational system for our customer reference programs, helping us build a community of advocates, collect reference content and sales references, and integrate it into our GTM teams' workflows. It engages customer advocates easily, expanding our community and supplying sales with relevant references.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

I find Deeto incredibly easy to set up and use, which is a big plus. My team can quickly launch their own campaigns and effortlessly aggregate member stories. I really like how we can interact with all these stories, as it gives us a better understanding of our members and their needs. Deeto saves us both time and money when it comes to content creation, allowing us to process member stories quickly and easily. The ability to gather feedback through chat or by talking to Deeto is great, offering a seamless user experience. Integrating Deeto with our CRM has been beneficial, letting us gather feedback based on member behavior and assess engagement across different channels. The Deeto team also understands our needs and supported us well through the setup, enabling us to roll out our first campaigns within a few weeks.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

What could be improved, and Deeto is working on, is the specific sign-up forms for members. If a member is already in the system, they have to sign in vs 'just' process their experience.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto simplifies the process of capturing and publishing member testimonials, saving us time and money in content collection, approval, creation and publication. It's easy to set up, allowing my team to run campaigns and understand member needs better.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Deeto is a great platform for building reference and advocacy programs.  I love the Q&A feature that allows us to send curated questions to customers and then use their responses to build authentic, compelling content. We’ve used these answers to craft case studies, sales slides, and social media posts. I also love the video recording feature, which enables customers to record testimonials on their own time. It’s helped us scale customer advocacy without a heavy production process. The support from Deeto is excellent - I get fast responses to my many questions.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

The AI generated user stories need some work in my opinion. It's useful the platform drafts a story for you, but I don't think it's ready to be customer facing. It's feels very AI generated.  I prefer to focus on getting a real quote, the Q&A and a video recording from a customer. Much more authentic.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It functions very well as a customer and content repository.  It also walks the customer through becoming a customer advocate through their onboarding process. Creating microsites is also great. It's an easy way to curate data for new prospects who can quickly review your available references.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

I like how easy Deeto is for references and prospects to use, it helps us remove friction in our reference process. As a company, I like how fast and flexible Deeto has become -- they really listen to their customers. A casual "Wouldn't it be great if?" comment often turns into a product reality, and you can tell they're always evolving and improving. It's cool to be along for the ride.

Implementation/integration was easy, and any time we've had the odd issue their support people have been very helpful. We love having content from the pool of references we've had sign up, and feedback from references who have signed up has been good.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

It's a process change for salespeople, which can be a hurdle. Those using it really like it, though, and are steadily converting their colleagues.

Deeto helps remove friction from (and add tracking to!) our reference process, matching sales prospects with existing clients with ease.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Our implementation was super turnkey and we were able to launch within just a few weeks with super quick time to value. I love that the platform is customer facing and gives the customer the autonomy to create their profile, raise their hand and create content inside the platform. Since launching in April we now have so much content it's almost hard to keep up and make sure that we're using what we've collected. We've also been able to quickly create some cool video projects by putting out an ask to our Deeto audience on a specific product, something that would have taken much longer before.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

I'd love if extracting the content from the platform was a bit easier and less manual, especially as we use the proof as raw inputs to create new types of assets like social posts, videos, sales slides, etc.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Deeto, we had a super high touch approach to customer content creation. Now we're able to scale quotes and videos easily and quickly and across lots of different products.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Before Deeto, we did not have an effective way to scale our advocacy efforts. We can now support our prospects with authentic social proof including references and reviews and help accelerate our sales cycle. Their referral program is also easy to set up and launch to drive new business.  Our Account Manager and technical support have been amazing and very helpful to help us optimize our program. Deeto is always listening to customer feedback to improve their offering, and consistently launching new features which are  adding value to our EcoVadis Customer Advocacy Program.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

Existing languages on the platform are limited impacting our ability to scale globally, however Deeto is able to create a separate platform for adding more languages. The tailoring of email communications and notifications outside of their Campaigns module is also a manual process with their technical team. A direct integration with peer review websites to simplify the process for customers would also be helpful, which Deeto is already working on.

Deeto has been an incredible partner in helping us build and scale a successful ambassador program. Their platform offers everything we need—from content curation to sharing, reference meeting coordination, and customizable microsites that beautifully showcase our happiest customers. What truly sets Deeto apart, though, is their approach to partnership: they listen to our feedback, offer proactive suggestions, and continually evolve the product to better meet our needs. The ability for our customers to raise their hands for advocacy opportunities—and earn points for participating—is a game changer. Our customers love it, and we love how seamlessly it drives engagement.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

There’s very little to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see even more flexibility in customizing activities or campaigns within the platform. That said, the Deeto team is highly receptive to feedback and consistently releases improvements, so we’re confident that enhancements are always on the horizon.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto solves the challenge of scaling customer advocacy in a meaningful, efficient, and engaging way. Before Deeto, it was difficult to consistently identify, activate, and recognize our advocates at scale. Now, we have a centralized platform where customers can easily raise their hands for advocacy opportunities—whether that’s a reference call, testimonial, content contribution, or event participation. It’s also helped us streamline how we collect and share customer stories through microsites and curated content. On top of that, the points-based reward system has been a huge motivator for our customers, driving sustained engagement and making advocacy fun and rewarding for them. As a result, we’ve built a much more visible, active, and empowered ambassador community.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

The platform is beyond super simple for not only as a vendor but for our clients to join the program. We have close to 70 clients who have joined us on Deeto and that was just from our first campaign that we sent out. Looking forward to adding many more clients.

I am going to be totally honest - there isn't anything that I don't like! Again, when you make it a simple and easy platform and interface - you are doing all the right things.

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeto took away the use of having a spreadsheet - and a Salesforce report. Just the removal of manual labor is worth every penny! But, the fact that we can generate user stories/ case studies - that is the magic that our sales and marketing teams love.
The back and forth of scheduling calls - I mean that is completely gone!
The fact that our clients are signing up shows that they see these as opportunities to connect with others in their field vs an ask from their client success manager.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

Being a business that has been primarily built off of referrals and relationships, managing (and leveraging) the advocates in our network was traditionally a hassle.

We would find ourselves going back to the same 5-10 advocates for introductions or reference requests.

Deeto not only helped us expand our pool of advocates by a factor of 10, but has also helped us manage and leverage them to a much greater extent.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

Not really relevant any longer, but the Hubspot integration was delayed a bit back in 2024. It is, of course, up and running now and works seamlessly!

**What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing references for prospects, while also allowing us to source introductions and referrals from our existing client base.

**What do you like best about Deeto?**

After evaluating multiple platforms, Deeto was the most modern and the only one that could do everything we needed, including: customer reference matching, content generation, and advocate management. We were also impressed by not only the experience for our internal team members but for advocates as well – allowing them to update their preferences at any time. In addition, our Success Manager, Nick, has been incredibly helpful with strategy, rollout, and enablement. Their Support team (specifically Bruna) has also been amazing and answers questions almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Deeto?**

Implementation was a little tough due to lack of documentation (or outdated documentation) but the team was very responsive and helped us get everything sorted out. The platform is also still a bit newer with a few bugs here and there but the team again has fixed things as soon as we bring them up.

Deeto is helping us match prospects with customer references and also helping us generate more customer proof.

They've provided quick turn around on implementing feature requests and tailoring the platform to fit our workflow. I honestly have no complaints. Any features that didn't exist when we first started have either already been added or are actively being worked on by the Deeto team. Their responsiveness to feedback has been impressive.

Deeto.ai has completely transformed how we handle customer referrals. There’s really not much to dislike. The only minor thing would be that it works best when integrated with a CRM, so teams without one might need some extra setup. But once it’s running, the value is undeniable.

It helps us connect potential customers with existing ones for unbiased referral calls, which has significantly contributed to closing deals faster. Deeto is very easy to use, I appreciaete we can customize it with our branding. We are able to source significant amount contributions like quotes, user stories and support our campaign with specific customer user stories, and reward users for their activity. Deeto is also great resource for our sales team who can easily share and connect customer references and their assets with prospects. The Salesforce integration is great help.

Deeto is still developing and it's interface changes very often, sometimes to worst (UX, design) without any prior announcement or update.
Some developments and features are also taking long time.
The visibility into rewarding and issuing could be more transparent.
