Deeto is very user friendly, which is important when introducing a sales tool. Deeto integrates with Salesforce so our sellers do not have to leave the Opportunity record to book a reference call. I also love how easy it is for our customers to onboard as a reference and submit testimonial content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Deeto? I find their analytics extremely lacking. I would like to have more functionality that allows me to measure the business impact of our reference program. The Salesforce reports Deeto provides haven't really worked for me and the native insights inside the Deeto hub don't really measure revenue impact, which is the most critical for justifying your reference program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Deeto solving and how is that benefiting you? Deeto really frees up my time. I no longer need to schedule every single reference call. I can allow my sellers to handle calls on their own and I can take myself out of that process and focus on recruiting new references. I also love that Deeto has helped us scale our customer proof content. I have hundreds of user stories and quotes about our product I can use in marketing materials or microsites. Sometimes the microsites really help us deflect reference requests. Some prospects don't need a call when they have a whole site of content explaining the value of our product.
