What do you like best about Daxko Operations?

What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?

Daxko needs to be able to update the memberships when the person ages up into the next membership type. for example, when a youth turns 19, it would automatically change the membership type/price to an Adult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Daxko Operations?

Daxko has been putting in a good amount of updating to make the check in and member search processes better for the operators. The user/consumer end is very simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?

Daxko overall is outdated, which they are trying to improve. It is overly difficult to register someone for multiple programs at the same time, recreating programs on a monthly/bi-monthly basis is tedious, and only being able to download reports as Excel files can be very difficult for organizations that use other operating systems. The system is very helpful and the support staff are great at addressing concerns and adding functionality to better support businesses. We use this program all day, almost continuously. Daxko Operations works very well for membership management. We use it daily to enter membership information and take attendance for our programs. What do you like best about Daxko Operations?

I love how daxko can filter things. It goes from widest category and then further breaks it down in digestible chunks to smaller more specific categorys. Ive never had any non user error issues with finding members or programs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?

Every time I switch to a new computer that doesnt remember me, I have to go back into device settings and tell it again to use the topaz signing pad instead of my mouse to accept signatures. But thats by far not nearly as bad of an issue as it could be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
