Daxko overall is outdated, which they are trying to improve. It is overly difficult to register someone for multiple programs at the same time, recreating programs on a monthly/bi-monthly basis is tedious, and only being able to download reports as Excel files can be very difficult for organizations that use other operating systems. Every time I switch to a new computer that doesnt remember me, I have to go back into device settings and tell it again to use the topaz signing pad instead of my mouse to accept signatures. But thats by far not nearly as bad of an issue as it could be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
