Also, the Operations team on Daxko's end are quick and thorough when help is needed. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** The only area we're anxiously awaiting is for Operations and Engage to allow us to utilize the Prospects module where it'd be beneficial for sales tracking, reminders for follow-up and conversion. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a better understanding of our true membership demographics, which helps with targeting membership sales mailings and outreach, as well as cleaning up data for an accurate reporting on our revenues in childcare, membership and other programs that utilize Operations. This has helped us meet budget goals! ### 2. The integration of program entry leaves some to be desired the emails never seem to update and that is difficult since that is a main contact now days. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** It’s a great option but be sure to pull all different reports to see how it works with the system you h e in place. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Program registration, retention and sales. ### 3. A lot of companies complain that the data is inaccurate, but in almost ALL situations it's because their staff is entering inaccurate or bad data. They will be updating their custom reporting, so that is a huge selling point since the system they are currently using is okay, but could be better. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** You have to be flexible with Daxko, they are on a national level so their support has fallen in terms of customer service. They will not make changes unless EVERYONE asks for it, not meaning everyone at your association, but as in every one of their customers. Some of the "selling points" that the sales team tells you about don't work. Products like the communications tool for Fundraising is pretty much dead space and does not export Thank You and Pledge letter correctly. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** I would suggest speaking to a similar association's admin about the perks and drawbacks of Daxko so you can tailor your questions and inquiries... That being said, take that back to your sales rep or initiation team at Daxko and tell them you want certain qualities in software, then get it in writing on the turn-around on such development in their software. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** In general, Daxko Operations helps with membership tracking, enrollment, programs, fundraising and finance. If you extend into Daxko Accounting you can link information between systems. Seeing individuals/families who use our facility as a whole instead of using multiple systems and multiple pulls on data, so everything you need is in one spot. ### 4. It allows you to keep memberships and accounts receivable/payable organized. The training that was provided was very helpful. I especially liked the fact that you could add notes regarding a member that could be seen by other employees. It helped the communication in our office to run smoother. Instead of always having to explain something to another employee, it was already there for them to read. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** Our Daxko Operations sometimes was not compatible with our cameras when we were trying to take membership photos. I'm not sure if that was an error on our part. It wasn't something that really effected our day to day business. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** It is definitely an all-in-one software, in my opinion. It is easy to use and not difficult to learn more about. It is a great tool for any business that requires a membership. We never really had any problems with it at all, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to keep all memberships in the same place. It allowed us to keep track of all accounts payable and receivable in the same place as well as keep all transactions together. It made it easy to track how many times people would visit our place of business in a month or year. ### 6. I have had to train several staff to use Daxko and found it to be easier than other software. The online training Daxko provides and the training site are great tools to use when training new staff and it makes the processes fairly easy. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** I don't have anything I can think of that stands out as a dislike. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** The search options are great.
