I was excited when they added a chat bot, but it has not been helpful. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is serving its purpose, but we are very actively looking at another program. **Official Response from Rachel Haney:** > Hi Aaron - I hear your frustrations and would love to connect on a few projects I'm personally working on to better support our customers onboarding and continue to optimize Operations to meet their business needs - especially making sure smaller Y's have the best support resources when you don't have as much bandwidth as bigger organizations. I did want to mention we have several UX/UI changes coming to Operations over the next year that should improve your experience. Terrible for fundraising. Building programs is a nightmare. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** There was a time when FDaxko was cutting edge, but I think that time is over because they've simply stopped innovating and do not listen to customers. Their add-ons, like Engage, should just come with the product. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Registration ### 3. It shows if the member is using the facility on a low/moderate/high level and if they are donors, etc. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** The notes/comments don't link to operations. Not user friendly for one screen computers. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** Ensure you run through what staff or employees will be utilizing this tool to see if it will make the most sense for that department to have this. It can be a great tool, but only if you use it for what it's made for. There should be a way to link to operations because it would help those companies that use both in different departments. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really. Our company is having the wrong department focus on utilizing this tool instead of the department it would make sense to use. ### 4. Its hard to use and it usually a bunch of hoops to jump through **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to Check in and sign guest up for events.
