**What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox?**

The product's direct call option is a helpful way to connect with customers without switching apps. It also records the call so tracking past conversations become super easy.

**What do you dislike about CustomerSuccessBox?**

There are a few glitches in email logging that can be worked upon for better reports. Right now, though the emails are synced but it doesn't reflect in the activity report.

CustomerSuccessBox provides great clarity to CSMs to track the strong and weak points of their account to take appropriate action. It makes relationship management effective with data at its core.

I can now easily manage all my assigned tasks and also keep an eye on the summary with the client. Integration with the calendar is also one of the best things to manage call logs. The activity of the client is also measured like health.

Nothing as such for now. The tool is quite good and training is provided full fledge however takes a bit of time to get into the process but is manageable. So far no major issue.

Manage assigned task, full summary of the client, health check of client and integration is allowed. Easy dashboard and overview. All the activities can be tracked easily no need of separate excel sheets to manage

One of the best things about CS Box is the amount of data collection points that they have in their platform. Really makes it easy for CSMs to get capture and note information about client acocunts.

**What do you dislike about CustomerSuccessBox?**

In terms of UI the software can be made a bit better. Takes quite a lot of time and effort to understand how the dashboard works.

Maintaining a single space to record all the information about existing client accounts and track renewals. Really helps us study client accounts on a single software rather than using multiple tools.

New Features are always welcome for any user, great to see CSB comes with strong and valuable features.
Recent features like AI Retention could be a very useful. 
Option of tagging different team members in updates are commendable.
For a product Like CS Box - The user Interface is crucial, & I must say CSBox has an excellent User Interface.
CSBox runs smoothly.
Different Attributes at tips to ease the work.
All Account at one page and could easily get important insight for particular Account.
Everyone at same page due to the same attributes.

When we do email to clients, we have to keep our internal team as well in cc.
Their email id should come in cc automatically when we type the initials as like Gmail
Currently, every time to add any internal email id, I need to copy every time from Gmail & then have to paste in CSBox .
More graphical representation can be there for different attributes like Pie Chart for Good, Average & Poor Client.

Benefits - An account manager's performance is monitored by the performance of its account, now calculating Account's performance is not an easy task as it involves various attributes might even be interrelated, with the help of CS Box data capturing  & displaying of accounts helps in such important process.

I have liked the Auto task generation process in the Customer success box, It reminds me to take a continuous follow-up.
The software also inculcates the Customer relationship health, Which defines our focus area and helps us in taking the right decision.
The software also identifies the Product adoption health based on certain parameters
Best tool for logs/notes- This is a good note-keeping tool

Nothing as such except small technical challenges sometimes, very rare. Show the timeline as well with a log report, Like when does the task created and at what time it has been completed.

After about six months of signing with CSB, we are still trying to figure out the multiple functions and features of the platform. CSB has the vision and understanding for CX deliverables.

**What do you dislike about CustomerSuccessBox?**

The variety of features is the best for CSB but has a downside as the explanations of configuring this self-help platform lack enough instructions and demos. Some basic training materials were still under construction, and most articles had outdated information.

Getting support responses is not prompt, and no option to call for help.

Unless you have a dedicated person to set up, this won't be easy to configure along with existing responsibilities.

We've been using CSB for almost over a year and it was super easy to integrate and set it up. The customer Success box has helped us track productions adoption, stay on top of customer health scores and renewals. Playbooks have made it easier to form processes for different stages of the customer life cycle.

Plug and play feature needs to be introduced.

I was impressed by the two features most in csbox that are Journey and Playbook. Journey lets you automate manual tasks and the playbook lets you maintain the onboarding process easily and effectively.

There is still scope for improvement in the Playbook features. 1- if we can get the step by TAT and the average time taken for each step.

I have used Customer Success box in my previous organization and it is a great tool to collaborate on all CS-related activities. From tracking renewals to red accounts, or be it cadence related, it's a perfect tool to manage everything in one place.

The access roles within the CS team were slightly difficult to customise around the organisation structure, however, was not a blocker.

The major problem we were trying to solve was to have all the data consolidated in a single place. After starting to use CSB, we were able to maintain a history of all accounts, track renewals, cadence, and internal transfers become much easier.

Tracking of all activities, the overall health of a client (financial, product adoption), easy access of alerts and tasks, checking of tickets. It's like a one-stop platform to see overall activities happening around for a client

We can easily track product adoption from CS Box. We can also track the modules and features in that module that the client is using in the last 15 days. This helps in analyzing and understanding the core needs of the client. It also helps in ensuring that we can introduce new modules and work dynamically on the active adoption of other modules as well.

I have faced times when there are false notifications, and despite adding call log information, it takes more than the TAT time to update the relationship health. But, the support team is dynamic and has always helped in resolving all issues.

Customer Success Box helps me in constantly reviewing the relationship health of my clients. When we handle a considerable number of clients, it becomes hectic to keep a record of everything that s happening with that account. With the CSBox all the client conversations and ongoing activities can be recorded, and a focused approach and strategy can be created to provide the best experience to our clients. 

Helping us to know about Product Adoption is a marvelous feature that helps us in ways that cannot be described in words.

All Customer Account information.Metrics about Product usage,Financial health. Email sysnc is a great feature.Logs creation is a very helpful to convey the account information to other users.Attachements and invoice is very asset.No need to switch between platforms if CSB is used.

I can do automation in the CS box as per customer communication & interaction so that I can manage accounts efficiently

Also, I can easily sync my Gmail & calendar with it, which gives me effective interaction with customers.

The call recording facility helps me to save my timing for writing the logs. 

I can quickly check up the health of all accounts so that I can set priority to interact with customers.

Firstly i like to appreciate the team who develop it, and it makes my daily routine very easy and also helps me in monitoring the relationship with my client daily. In this, we can also view our client's usage with grades like strong, medium & poor, which was a beneficial system for every Customer Success Manager.

Mostly they are nothing like dislike, Ha but while in the mailing, we can not be able to add cc to our internal peoples if this will be added, it helps a lot

We can easily manage our client issues & solutions with the help of the Customer Success Box Like. If the client requests any modification or customization, we can raise a request for the same, and also we can monitor the status of the request.
