I first implemented Criterion in my role as an HR Generalist at a social services organization with approximately 250 employees. Criterion has many great things, but we have had issues with the system glitching in the past and either removing something important or changing something. Criterion HCM has the ability to customize alot of very complicated payroll rules. We have alot of very process intensive rules that require a trusted rules engine. What I like most about Criterion HCM is how easy it makes managing everything in one place.
