**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I like DealerSocket's desking tool. It does the basic task of providing quotes for clients.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The biggest problem with DealerSocket is their unstable network. The application is frequently unresponsive or glitchy, to the point that we're spending about 15-20 hours transitioning to a more stable CRM. It also doesn't integrate with any of our other tools.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DealerSocket to store information, contact customers, and provide quotes despite its instability.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio R. | Information Technology Help Desk Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The system is truly amazing.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Sometimes the troubleshooting was a little hard to fix.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefited in making my tasks easier when working with all of the implementation of the systems

  ### 8. Not the worst automotive CRM platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2022

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The DealerSocket platform integrates with most of the other mainstream automotive softwares, so that's nice. The parent organization also has other platforms, such as website, digital retailing, etc.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The user interface is not modern, and the process for creating custom reports is not efficient. Even though the DealerSocket CRM integrates with their partner DealerFire website platform, getting any kind of support for cross-platform integration was a nightmare for us.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealerSocket is an above-average automotive CRM platform that is recognized by all the major automative website platforms and all the OEMs, so that makes it easy to get buy-in from necessary parties to do business.

  ### 9. USER FRIENDLY CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor H. | DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The CRM is straightforward and easy to use very little training is needed to teach employees how to use it. Most tasks are very straightforward. Reporting is constantly improving, and the next major upgrade needs to be to its email platform for clients.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Support is taking longer to resolve issues, and i have had multiple CSM in the last year and still have not met with our most recent one.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows integration with our website and our digital retailing tool and works well with outside lead providers in making sure leads come in accurate. It also integrates well with car wars for reviewing incoming sales calls and tracking of employee outgoing calls to clients.

  ### 10. Extremely user friendly and a great organizational tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | a, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I like how easily dealersocket tracks my clients and adds tasks for me on a daily basis to facilitate my personal customer service.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I currently have no complaints about dealer socket.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not the most organized person, with that being said; dealer socket has benefited my ways of classing and organizing my clients.

  ### 11. Software for the automotive industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Offers an array of tools to help dealers sell and service vehicles. This Product enhances the overall customer experience.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Completing the task can be more difficult that it needs to be. The only way to close out a task is to select "spoke to the "customer" or "left message" and add a note that says you were unable to leave a message." That is something that should be improved. Also, the " Read Notes" that appear in the task list are annoying.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major benefit for me is that I am able to toggle between both our RV crm and our Automotive CRM

  ### 12. Lots of good features that are useful!

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2021

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The customer database and the ability to be able to find customers and there info quickly.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Form saving rarely works and the system allows for you to create multiple entities for the same phone number.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Be patient and use it for its strengths. Customer information and emails/texting.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to set reminders for tasks that are not yet completed.

  ### 13. You get out what you put in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2020

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Search function is very intuitive, ability to track people’s performance

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Slowness, too many clicks to complete a task, inability to prevent skates.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Dig deep into what you’re looking for. The saying you get what you pay for is absolutely true. If your organization is internet focused then this may not be the solution for you. If you are looking for something simple this is it.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All leads/customers are in one place, can view all opportunities, monitor all salespeople effectively

  ### 14. Not very flashy but gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2020

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Its not technical to use. It seems a little out dated but that was almost a positive because you didn't have to search hard to find what you were looking for. Technology couldn't hide it.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

It was a little to basic for my liking. I wish it would have integrated to my phone for ease of use while I was out on the grounds walking around vehicles.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved included keeping tabs on clients and tracking when i had spoke to them better.

  ### 15. Good For Staying On Top Of BHPH Accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

DealerSocket is a great system to use to keep track of your BHPH accounts. It has a clean interface and is fairly easy to navigate with very little training necessary. I particularly like the ability to bounce back ad forth between specific tabs on the customer's screen with ease.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I dislike the payment screen, particularly how difficult it is to change credit/debit card info in the system. Not being able to delete old card info out is very frustrating.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep track of customer accounts much better because DealerSocket has allowed us to be more organized. Before, we had issues with delinquent accounts falling between the cracks but now we are able to stay on top of them in an organized fashion. The ability to text and send automated messages straight from DealerSocket is a lifesaver!

  ### 16. Great platform, both mobile and desktop.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | Sales Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Ease of access. Doesn't matter if I am on my phone, tablet or desktop, it is easy to get to, in order to stay on top of customer contact.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

seems to ask for a password an awful lot, sometimes even multiple times a day.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Great plaform, fast reliable and convenient.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems to mention at this time.

  ### 17. Not the best CRM I have used during my career.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff K. | Independent Insurance Producer, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It is better than not having some type of CRM. The mobile phone integration is a cool feather.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

If your dealership is not paying for all the add-on feathers beyond the basic platform, it is a tedious system to uses as a CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

If you get it, make sure you buy all of the additional add-ons feathers or you are going to have a tedious CRM.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, It is better than not having some type of CRM. The mobile phone integration is a cool feather.

  ### 18. Adequate CRM with 0% chance of improving

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurence P. | Internet Sales Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It gets the job done. It is mostly user friendly and once you know how to use it, you can crank out phone calls (I am a BDC Rep).

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The major dislike for this system is mainly the support behind it. I feel like there are a bunch of little things that could be easily fixed but are issues that are brushed over when a specialist observes at a dealership. It is frustrating how work notes are more of what I call “fluid” in the sense that it defaults to randomizing what notes pop up first. The search feature in Blackbird is not the most helpful. It is a bunch of small issues I have, but it comes back to that dealersocket will not change or improve.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

It does the job, but not a lot of support

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to make your own filters has been good. I was able to make a filter for completed tasks in case an opportunity did not have a follow up.

  ### 19. Best software on The market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lenoard S. | Sales And Leasing Consultant, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I would say that dealersocket is the best CRM on the market today. I have used it for years now and I have tried a few others. Hands down would say dealer socket is the best of the best.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Nothing it is great the way it is black bird is just as good to. It's a must use I. The auto

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Easy to use. can do so much for your business. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM for auto sales

  ### 20. Great system, but designed by programmers with programmers in mind

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz S. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It's comprehensive. It manages what we need. It's intuitive. It gets the job done, but definitely is not without its faults.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The platform is UNRELIABLE. Total outages are FREQUENT. Bugs are common, and fixes are significantly less common. The system was clearly not designed by dealers. No place to enter lien title numbers, no way to categorize expenses.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frequent outages. Issues processing payments. We've been able to keep better track of BHPH accounts and communicate with customers more effectively.

  ### 21. Easy visuals but some small quirks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn K. | Internet manager / sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I love how it's fairly color coded which makes it easy for everyone to follow and easy to learn. The tutorials are also in a convenient location and give a lot of great tips.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

It will occasionally give error messages if I have to minimize the window and go back. So I will have to log out and back in again.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

I used to use XRM with another company and definitely enjoy the ease of access with dealersocket far more. The customer support is also easily accessible via a chat button at the top of the screen.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it way easier to follow up with customers because all of the notes can be seen in one location so I dont have to switch windows or click anything else to read the notes in the phone calls or other actions.

  ### 22. DS Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth H. | BDC Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

DealerSocket is an extremely customizable database for client management and retention. I love that you can create your own categories for reports and break data up by easily altered filters. The automation is top-notch once you get it set up the way you want. There are ways to track just about everything and several 'at a glance' screens you can create to give you a good idea of your current standing. Your homepage can be personalized and built to showcase just about any data you want. The reminders are easy to set and change and it is consistent in correctly implementing all automated follow-up. There are several "set it and forget it" options in the system.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

It is very labor-intensive to get it set up in the first place. Since it is very graphics-heavy, if you don't have fantastic internet, it lags or crashes on occasion. There are some delays in data updating. It does not have some very simple things I wish it did, such as a sticky note widget on the home screen, or the ability to block users from closing out files, but most of those things are planned for future.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Be prepared for a very intensive onboarding. It takes time and effort to tweak the system to the exact way you want it. Once you're there, it is quick and easy to change things and very effective for day to day operations.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealerSocket makes it easier to keep track of your clients, their data, and follow-up than any CRM I have utilized in the past. It is much easier to reach out to a large group of people at once and to track the effectiveness. The individual emails can be tracked for open ratio, marketing campaigns can be tracked and structured however you choose. Files can pretty much only fall through the cracks due to user error.

  ### 23. ZERO - Customer Service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

We've had issues with integration and glitches for 4 months - 22 unanswered emails to our rep... We have been with them for over 10 years and would not recommend them at all.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

EVERYTHING - No support - weeks without a phone a returned phone call.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

I do not recommend

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the process of trying to get out of the contract

  ### 24. Excellent CRM Software For Dealerships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Ease of use and cleanliness of UI. Everything functions with minimal ease to get to where you need to be.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Prefer the OLD CRM to Black Bird. Wish they took more time to train on Black Bird.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking customer's that come through LEADS as well as fresh ups. Keeping notes on customers and pushing trades through VAuto.

  ### 25. Great organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole R. | Cole , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Love how organized everything is and how easy it is to use although I use the classic crm all the time instead of the updated version I find the newer version harder to use. Love how everything is accessible from my cell phone and can see reminders.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I dislike how the newer crm version is, I find the older one easier and looks better

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my appointments are organized and I can set reminders to call certain people. Able to get more sales incorporating dealersocket into everything.

  ### 26. Dealersocket is a seamless and useful Automotive CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The ability to create and send mass marketing emails, and the ease of looking up customer information is awesome, everything is so streamlined and fast.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Follow up reminders are a little messy but everything else seems to be pretty good

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

A great simple CRM for your automotive industry needs.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have 100% contact with my clients and an awesome email and marketing campaign are amazing and useful.

  ### 27. A staple that is still improving

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The ease and simplicity of customer management meshed with all inclusive necessary tools and functions for lead connectivity. Reaching out to potential prospects has never been so streamlined.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The rather clunky interface, simply put. I understand there was a recent upgrade in UI layout. But the CRM tool continues to lag and the organization of particular elements remains an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

If you are a dealership that happens to be using a different CRM tool, I'd be surprised. DealerSocket is an industry staple and will continue to be for a very long time.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed at which I am.able to fire off a blast email campaign and simultaneously log inbound responses is amazing. Our clients seem to appreciate how prompt our team has become with the Blackbird CRM tool. Office morale is often at a a high due to increased positive reviews and guest comments.

  ### 28. They don't even know their own product

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christie W. | Data and systems specialist, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

The sales piece of DealerSocket works great. It's simple to use and our sales agents and management team likes it.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The service piece IS AWFUL. Their own customer support barely understands how to use it, I literally showed THEM how to do things within the program. It's not user friendly and offers very little restrictions to help manage the schedule for our service advisors.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

DON'T DO IT!

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our service departments struggle with this program for MANY reasons. The biggest problems are a.) the system doesn't take into account duration of an appointment vs. the time the store closes, so if there's a 3 hour service, it will let you book it 1 hour before close, b.) when you book a valet service with a loaner, it doesn't take that loaner out of the over all capacity, and there are so many others.

  ### 29. It kept me right on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin C. | Solutions Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Intuitive calls to action, allowing for easy, detailed reminders to be set. People joked that it was kind of like your wife! It just reminds you relentlessly every day of every single task you must complete. It allows you to reference you schedule and all other tasks when setting new ones, so you keep your workload balanced and consistent. It provides you with all the data, metrics and dashboards you need to understand your current position, and where you ought to be focusing. It is also perfectly synced with your work/personal email, and operates seamlessly in connecting that to your customer's emails. They even have an app that allows you to do over 60% of the features as the desktop version, and syncs with your phone as you make calls. It notes that a call was made, to whom it was made, and for how long. Dealer Socket also offers email templates, both customizable and preset that make your emails look that much more professional. They also allow you to sync with facebook and twitter, so you can connect social media to your scheduled customer blasts. Overall, dealersocket allowed our entire team at Applewood to work well together. We all understood the common platform and could help and talk to each other productively by utilizing it.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

A few minor things where you set a repeating reminder and it has limited options.. but very rare.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Great tool, probably one of the best in the business if youre in Car sales

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer management, inventory, follow up

  ### 30. Not as good as VinSolutions

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I like that click to call is integrated with the system and your recorded calls are automatically logged.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Overall, It's not as user-friendly as VinSolutions. Things aren't laid out in a straight-forward way. I also don't like that you can't move directly into filling out a credit app, but perhaps it's just my company wanting to use hand-written apps. Maybe there is a way to do this. I also don't like that I can't create an email signature without being an admin.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

I am impressed that click to call can be used in sync with DealerSocket. However, It's not as user-friendly and laid out as well as VinSolutions. It will get the job done. I don't see anyone having an issue with it that hasn't used a better CRM.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As with any CRM, you're able to log contact with your prospects and customers. You're able to see who said what when, create tasks for you to contact them and ensure that you earn your proper commission when you log your contact properly.

  ### 31. Great UI, could use refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The UI is appealing and easy to navigate. There are plenty of places to keep notes about clients and it does a great job of keeping you organized.

There are features I would love to see — such as a way to get notifications for a client’s birthday or perhaps a calendar where you can see everyone in a month.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep our client base organized

  ### 32. Very easy to use and helpful in making sales

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Such a great way to store customer info and last purchases as well as service history!

There is nothing I dislike about it! The features are great and it’s easy to use and very helpful working at a car dealership

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

It’s much more than saving customer info.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very easy to navigate!!!

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The only thing that seems to be glitching currently is text. You have to opt them into text, which I understand. It does not seem to let you see if they are opting in to text or if you merge customers together and one was opted in and the other was not you will have to reopt them in.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

They have great support and they really help if you have issues. They are setting up to be the go to CRM for Auto sales

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow up and put sales together

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The new look is a bit confusing. But I will figure it out.

Follow up is easy.

  ### 36. DealerSocket

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Great program, easy to use, made processes easier to utilize

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Training could have been better, was not able to learn all areas

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up processes

  ### 37. Easy Peasy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I love that it's easy to navigate, the font size is perfect and not too small and perfectly readable! I love that I can customize the home on my crm and it's easy to add and deselect things I don't necessarily need on there!

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

We have two accounts for different stores and it's a pain to go back and forth sometimes, so I keep two tabs open for each at all times. Unfortunately this does get in the way when needing to refresh, and also getting new fresh leads in at all different times.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I may click a task over and over and will delay and not opening the correct task and act as if it never was there. The one thing that drives me crazy is that once the intial lead is completed it automatically assumes I've contacted and spoke to them and the top portion will "Contacted" and I will physically have to change it all the time!

  ### 38. It's not the worst dealer software out there.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It allows you to keep all prospects in order and it keeps track of your appointments and upcoming outbound phone calls. The to-do section is a life saver.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The to-do section is finicky when it comes to updating. I can complete items on my to-do list, and they'll remain there. It gets cluttered and confusing.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows you to insert a vehicle into the prospects file straight from your inventory. & It allows you to call/text individuals straight from the program.

  ### 39. Terrible Customer Service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It integrates with the dealer ERP, but not much beyond that.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Maddie from their customer service team has a terrible attitude and is unhelpful. This is especially bad given the clunky interface and lack of documentation.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to increase sales and develop process.

  ### 40. BLACK BURN DEALERSOCKET REVEIW

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

This is a very good program I love how they actually give you a certain amount of tasks to do everyday

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I dislike that sometimes when you want to log someone it doesn’t delete or detect duplicate customers

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Use it for dealership use only

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of customers and and there needs

  ### 41. Not as good as others

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2019

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

It has become basic. Training is dated. Material expensive and reps dont call back

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Lack of support from company. It is very expensive to bring in corporate traung to the dealership and the answers to our questions are not always answered

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Update crm to eliminate classic version

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation is kept long term

  ### 42. DealerSocket, pros/cons

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura H. | Manager of Business Development, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I like the ease of the system. It's very user friendly and easy to train employees on. Using Blackbird, searching for a client is bullet proof! I use this entry single day and look forward to watching it grow.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I wish that I could pull up both of my dealerships under one screen. Right now, I have to keep stitching back and forth. After switching, I'll have to refresh my page a few times to see the right info.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to do my monthly reports.

  ### 43. Dealersocket is easy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Easy to use, not a busy interface. Customer service is very quick and helpful

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Sometimes certain alerts within the program don't work correctly or there are duplicates of the same customer

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Make sure there are limitations to what sales consultants can do and change, just make sure the proper people have the right permissions

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely customer over lap is a problem. I do like that it's simple to merge, but tedious

  ### 44. great

it keeps track of appointments for you and it comes with a very handy app so I can always check my appointments for the day before i get to work

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

it does not save every single sale you have after i believe 2 weeks

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a great CRM system for our sales team

  ### 45. Efficient s helpful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I like the ability to search clients and gather a history no matter the sales rep.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

The app could use a bit more love, it doesn’t integrate well with the desktop version. I would like to be able to scan a drivers license and see it upload every time.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Be patient and learn the quirks. We sadly have switched away from dealersocket and as much as the new format is more appealing, dealersocket meets all the professional needs effectively.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep organized with my customers and keep track of all meetings etc.

  ### 46. Dealersocket is my favorite CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

how integrated and user friendly the system is

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

That you can't swipe from customer to customer in the customer screen

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to organize the customers. The ability for desk managers to update the internet and sales man on incoming and working customers.

  ### 47. AMAZING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krisna M. | Internet Sales, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I loved that they integrated a texting feature. They also included an ID scan that was very helpful when with customers on the lot. These features cut down on a lot of time and gave us more time to interact with our customer.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I was less enthusiastic about the abundance of steps to set up a log. It was made very difficult to set up a round robin for the employees to get leads. As well, quite often the leads did not combine. The par t that I disliked the most though was that if you ever had a problem or question in regards to the software it was almost impossible to get a straight answer, if you even got to speak to anyone.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Do a trial run first. It is easy to maneuver and is well known in the car industry but it is not for everyone.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are more likely to interact with a customer now that we can text them.

  ### 48. Easy to learn!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

I liked how it tracked the activity on every lead we had in the system. I was able to see my activity there as well as my associates as well.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

I felt like information can get lost sometimes..I'm not sure if that was user error or due to the product, but that was frustrating at times.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Take the time to try & learn it. There is a lot to it, and it is helpful.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I previously stated, I liked how I was able to track the activity on each lead, which made it nice to see what steps needed to be taken next. We saw much success from it.

  ### 49. A work in progress.....

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace M. | Sales , Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

With the innovation of Black Bird, DS has begun to modernize.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Revenue Radar. The grading system for leads makes absolutely no sense. It needs to mimic Automotive Mastermind in terms of being a user-friendly interface.

**Recommendations to others considering DealerSocket:**

Only use the revamp CRM, blackbird.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s slow, and Revenue Radar is impossible.

  ### 50. Nice streamlined software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2018

**What do you like best about DealerSocket?**

Makes it easy to manage customer data base. Click to call is really great for record keeping.

**What do you dislike about DealerSocket?**

Can be glitchy some times, unsure if it is connection issues or software itself.

**What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to get customers to the correct salesman.
