**What do you like best about Crewting?**

Automation. Once the setup is complete, Crewting connects in our case two people every week for a virtual coffee break, helping us to improve internal communication in our remote setup. Integration with Slack and the Matching AI is another of its best features.

**What do you dislike about Crewting?**

It's hard to find a negative point because it's a simple yet effective way to connect our employees. Perhaps it's the fact that you can only pause coffee breaks as an organization and not as an individual employee. But I think they are already working on that.

**What problems is Crewting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we work remotely, our team only meets in person twice a year. Crewting helps our colleagues to connect regularly outside of their usual business meetings. The feedback from our team is great and we definitely feel that it boosts team morale.

It connects teammates who are living/working in different countries and just spend time discussing non-work related matters.

**What do you dislike about Crewting?**

improvement on the pairing as some was paired with their usual co-worker or maybe user admin could configure the pairing to help determine better.

**What problems is Crewting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it connects the people more, able to get to know each other more
