Easy to follow the steps and the process to complete the loan request. Thanks to Credova for giving me the opportunity, by approving my loan, to obtain something I had wanted for a long time and that would otherwise have been difficult to purchase. **What do you dislike about Credova?** I sent them all the emails between grabbing a gun and myself. I tried to contact them, I waited on hold, no response for 45 minutes, 3 times, I called and left a voicemail a week ago without a response. Customer service does not work. **What problems is Credova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the option to pay monthly, which was a very pleasant surprise, and also the ease with which I was able to sign up and be approved was handled very efficiently, and I am happy to recommend this company. ### 2. Credova has easy steps and processes for loan applications which increases convenience. The ease of use is evident in the sign up and approval processes. **What do you dislike about Credova?** The only challenge with Credova is that customer service can be a little slow. Apart from that, imporvement in the support department will make an already great product excellent. **What problems is Credova solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem solved by Credova is allowing consumers to purchase products on credit and on the go. Consumers no longer worry about not purchasing products they need because they can get instant credit to purchase anything. ### 3.
